Had a nice stay. The condo was clean and as described. Easy to find on the island and in a good location A couple of notes for those considering booking this location: 1. You will only be allowed to bring two vehicles max. The first is free but the second vehicle will cost you ~$45 after taxes to get through the gate. This condo is behind the guarded gate of the town of Seabrook Island, and you literally will not be given a pass for more than 2 vehicles to get into the community. I feel this is important to highlight since most Airbnb listings are not this strict on number of vehicles. But, since this one is within the gated portion of the community, it is. 2. You will not be able to access most restaurants or other locations INSIDE of the gated portion of the town without getting an amenity card, which costs $40/day for access only. The cost of meals/other services is not included in this $40. We had a nice stay and the property served our groups’ needs!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our large family and allowed us all to have a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and friendly. The location could not be beat. It was a short walk to the beach. Also we really loved the access to the storage with lots of beach items and bikes.

This great location, great communication. I had a little issue with the door code but they answered my call at 10pm - easy and nice. Pool was great

Katie’s place was so perfect for our first family vacation! With two under three having a pack n play, kid plates, and even a monitor and toys made all the difference. It was seriously a three minute walk to the beach and included everything you would need from chairs to towels. We can’t wait to stay again!

We loved our stay. The location is beautiful and close to the beach. It had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed and lovely porch!

We absolutely loved our stay at Vicki’s villa on Seabrook. The location is perfect, private and peaceful, nestled in the Live Oaks with beautiful views from each of the FOUR outdoor areas. It is an easy walk to the beach and the club, which has a great pool and lounge area on an embankment overlooking the ocean. We love to cook, and the kitchen is fabulous, well appointed with all the equipment you need to make meals. Vicki and the management were also incredible with communication. We couldn’t have asked for a better week. We highly recommend Vicki’s villa—you will experience a peaceful escape and right at home.

The place was clean and The view was amazing! On the beach and a few steps to the water. A minor issue with the AC but the property manager handled everything promptly and professionally and compensated accordingly. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to going back.

We absolutely loved this place. It was so clean, bright and airy. It was even more beautiful in person. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen stocked, easy access to the pool and beach. The portable air hockey table was a fun surprise and big hit for our kids! Highly recommend renting bikes which can be delivered. We loved having the amenity card access which was a big benefit for added activities. There are beach chairs, wagon, beach towels and blanket. It had everything you needed and in close proximity (10 min drive) to fresh fields with cute shopping, restaurants and Harris teeter and local events. Amanda was also very responsive. It was such a great place and we’d definitely come back!

We had a wonderful experience with iTrip Charleston, and the beautiful Sea La Vie villa. All pre-booking questions were answered immediately, and the team was highly informative with travel details from check-in/arrival through departure. We felt at home from the moment we walked in to discover welcome treats and a lovely message from Sarah & Steven in this spacious and beautiful villa. The pet-friendly home was well-stocked, nicely decorated, and super cozy - everything we needed for a relaxing break. It’s in a fantastic location - only a short walk to the beach. Had a wonderful visit to Isle of Palms staying here. House is set up wonderfully for families with kids, and is in a great location - easy walk to the beach, and very convenient to Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island. Host is helpful, beds are comfortable, and house is updated and well appointed. Enjoyed the outdoor space also!

Nice little place for our family of four. We appreciated the location and easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was nicely stocked with sharp knives and some nicer pots. We also appreciated the nice walk in shower.

Perfect family getaway for Spring Break! Steps from the pool and beach. Property was as advertised. Paid extra for beach chairs which were at the house upon arrival. We rented a golf cart which I’d recommend! Since this property does not come with an amenity pass, we visited Johnson Creek Tavern, Beedo’s, Saltus River Grill in Beaufort, and Shrimp Shack restaurants. All were excellent! Bring your pickleball sets! We will be back.

The place was perfect for our family of five. Quiet and clean. The pool and beach options were great for our kids. Spent a lot of time on the beach exploring. We loved our time and would love to come back!

All good things to say. Very clean and comfortable as described. Nicely decorated. Simple but had everything needed. Beautiful view. Great location mid-island. Had a very relaxing week. Will definitely be back!

We had such a good time on vacation at this Air BnB. We will definitely be back! Everything was as described and the Westin amenities were great.

Had a great visit at Homer’s little slice of paradise. We were conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the beach. Homer has thought of just about everything you could need, and had all the beach items we could ever need (chairs, toys, boogie board, etc). The Palmetto Dunes area is super accessible and bikable. We enjoyed quick trips to the General Store and further on to Shelter Cove. Checkin and checkout were a breeze. Homer provided the unique door code just prior to our arrival.

First time visitors from the UK. The house was perfect for our stay with all our needs catered for. The house was really clean, had a well stocked kitchen, comfy sofas, great bathrooms. Beach chairs & towels were a great help. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely stay there again, highly recommend. We hired bikes and rode to the beach every day, it took just 5 mins to get there - we started each morning with a ride on the beach and saw dolphins each day. You can cycle down the beach to Coligny in about 30 mins. We loved Palmetto Dunes, a great location to stay in and to use as a base for exploring the island. We made use of the pickleball courts and golf range. It was great cycling around PD and seeing gators from a safe distance! Erin was the perfect host, very responsive & informative both before and during our stay. Erin went out of her way for a specific request and couldn't have been more accommodating. Thank you Erin, you have a beautiful home.

Incredibly responsive host. Perfect location near pool and backing up on the canal. Great value, highly recommend.
