The house is very clean and jist as described in the listing. There is ample space for the 7 of us to lounge, enjoy full group meals and rest. The air-conditioning, bathrooms, kitchen and washing machine all worked well and made us feel like staying at home. Gems and James were very helpful in fixing all the minor issues we encountered, from sending a plumber to replace the kitchen faucet, purchasing an additional hair dryer and toilet paper, bringing over a match for the kitchen stove, to helping check the shower heater & Netflix on the living room projector. The house is in a very inner area of Ekkamai so there was no noise pollution at all; just make sure to double confirm the pick-up and drop-off locations when booking Bolt / Grab because one road to the next is 3-5min drive. We visited right after the Songkran festival so it's the hottest time of the year - chose not to walk around at all!

The location initially gives you a jolt being in a very down to earth location but which is a 350 yo community close knit friendly clean and bustling around the concepion church and beautiful statue. Once you get to PK’s place you realize what a marvelous piece of heaven he has carved out here and true to his creative spirit designed and maintained it beautifully. I was with friends traveling from around the world who lived and enjoyed the best of the best places and PK’s place with its gorgeous views literally on the water makes for phenomenal coffees and breakfasts ( Grab makes it so easy ) and outstanding sunsets and gorgeous evening lights and parties . Loved the place and really enjoyed our stay Thanks PK for being so responsive and thoughtful in all the little details you provided at check in

We had a lovely stay at vasin's place. The host was very helpful and quick with responses. loved the whole house and it was perfect for a family of 8 including kids. will love to visit again and stay here. highly recommended.

Nam's place is a little gem hidden in a quiet corner of the bustling capital Bangkok. It consists of two separate units, each with a bedroom and a bathroom. The largest unit also has a dining table, a fridge, a water cooker, and a microwave. Nam also brought us an induction cooker and a rice cooker. The highlight is the beautiful little garden with another dining table, and a pond. The laundry machine is behind the house. All in all, we had a great time. Nam always responded immediately and was very helpful. A 7-11 and a little mall are nearby. It is easy to find a taxi with taximeter at the street. On the way back, you often have to negotiate with the taxi drivers. The neighborhood is very quiet. We highly recommend this place to everyone who appreciates a responsive host, privacy and a green garden!

Lita was a fantastic host. She was great at accommodating our needs and was very responsive. The home was exactly as described. Lovely home and our family had a great stay. There is plenty of room for our dogs to run around the house and also go for walks outside in the courtyard. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend.

Piyamas is a very kind host! Respond very quickly . Her brother is a very nice person too. The neighbor community is very quite and have swimming pool, market close around. Definitely suggest stay again! She can meet you any inquiry you want during your stay. Definitely recommend your stay!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für eine entspannte Zeit braucht. Der Check-in war einfach und unkompliziert, sodass wir direkt ankommen und geniessen konnten. Auch die Lage ist top, mit einer schnellen Anbindung an den Skytrain lässt sich die Umgebung mühelos erkunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lotus sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat für uns absolut gestimmt. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft mit Wohlfühlfaktor, wir kommen gerne wieder.

This is a great place to be - it is a peaceful place with essential amenities, and a balcony with a great view to relax & enjoy the cool breeze, especially in the mornings. There are lots of shopping places (malls, convenience stores, restaurants, street food, massage, etc.) right next door. Mega Bangna, a very big shopping mall & BTS station (Sukhumvit line) are about 10 mins drive. We mostly used Grab to move around and found it efficient. The swimming pool in the building and the rooftop Pororo Aqua park (just a few minutes walk away) was a big hit with our granddaughter (4 yrs). We found it very convenient to travel to places such as the safari, amusement park, Bang Saen beach without having to navigate the crazy inner city traffic. We highly appreciated the host receiving us with Bhutanese cuisine (in Bangkok!) - that was a very kind gesture & a pleasant surprise! This is a great place for a small family on vacation.

I only have nice things to say about staying in this lovely home. Stayed for a full month and we all really enjoyed being here. Near grocery stores, lots of local food places, very near the BTS. The apartment is great and worked well for our stay! It’s located close to many of the Thonglor restaurants and bars, with access to a shuttle for the BTS (about a 25 minute walk otherwise). Also, the building staff are extremely helpful both for check-in and any ad hoc needs, making it much like a hotel stay. Great experience all around.

The Host: fantastic communicator! Responsive, accommodating, and empathetic to our all of needs from the moment we booked till post check-out. The Listing: beautiful skyline views! Clean interiors, great AC, warm water, and had everything we needed for a long term stay. The building staff were extremely kind and generous. The Location: everything you need within 2 km walking distance. If you don’t want to walk, the building mgmt also provided shuttle services to BTS Thong Lo & Ekkamai.

On s'est vraiment senti en sécurité dans ce lieu et c'était très calme, il y faisait bon vivre. Merci de nous avoir offert des pop corns, ils étaient délicieux. merci pour tous les conseils concernant les trajets en taxi et les lieux à visiter. The :condo is in a great location. Walkable to the skytrain. The house could have been cleaner. Dust and hair in the furniture. Many of the lights and plugs and lights do not work.

This place was amazing, very easy and luxurious. Close to everything with a beautiful pool. Extremely clean and well maintained.

We had a good stay. Accomodation near the 7eleven and many massage shop. Also got many local food nearby. Gym also. House very clean and nice. I enjoy staying there

My friends stayed for 4 nights and they really loved the place and the location. check in was easy. the place is clean, spacious and very comfortable. close to Chatuchak weekend market and lots of food stalls and convenience store nearby. We'll definitely book this again if we come back to Bangkok.

We are very happy to stay in Tanitha's house, the communication is very smooth, the house is very clean, very spacious etc, and has all the necessary facilities. Next time I come to Thailand, I will choose their house again.

BTS 온눗역 에서 도보 6분 거리에 있는 조용한 주택 단지에서 내 집처럼 편안하게 잘 쉬었습니다. 5명이 침대를 1개를 차지하고 호텔보다 더 편하게 있었습니다. 10명이 생활 할 수 있는 충분한 공간이며 에어컨 등이 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 주방도 잘 되어 있었으며 다음에 많은 인원이 간다면 반드시 예약하겠습니다.

We had an amazing time staying at Leena’s unit! From the moment we booked, she was super responsive and helpful in guiding us to the place. The unit itself was spotless, uniquely designed, and made for a really memorable stay. One of the real highlights was the on-site staff, who were incredibly kind and quick to help. Anytime we needed assistance, someone was there within minutes, which made us feel truly looked after. Being right on the river was such a treat. We took a walk along the banks, met some lovely locals (who even gifted us fresh mangoes!), and ended up on an unforgettable river trip courtesy of one of the nearby shop owner’s brother’s taxi boat. It was one of the best parts of our trip! Though the location is a bit further from the BTS, it’s easily accessible via Grab, and the On Nut area is definitely on the rise. As a bonus, the unit was fully stocked with water and coffee, which was a lifesaver since we arrived late and didn’t have time to run out for supplies.

We enjoyed our stay. Cheetah is a great host! Cheers!!
