Kerry is a great host who always responds to our messages. His place is very suitable for a family and we felt right at home. The neighborhood is great— very safe and peaceful. We definitely had a lovely stay!

It was a big pleasure staying in Chanan's appartnent, felt like at home. The only one thing I would suggest to improve is the internet connection. It was very slow and unstable and we had to use our own 15 mb/s 4g.

We stayed for a month at Joy's place with our three children. We all loved our stay. The place is next to the MRT station and bus stop which takes us everywhere and also close to Nonthaburi Boat Ferry stop (Bus 65/30). A lot of food places are all around the apartment, and Big C super market is just a few minutes walk. Joy was always proactive with her communications. She also send us extra blankets immediately when we requested. Washing machine is downstairs in the parking lot to use for 30 Baht. There is a drinking water filling station also downstairs in the parking lot. We paid 4000 Baht as security deposit for electricity and water, and Joy returned the remaining amount soon after check-out. Joy upgraded our stay to another apartment on the same floor which was very clean and comfortable for our stay. It had a bathtub, a spacious kitchen, and and lot of space for all of us to enjoy our stay. We highly recommend our stay with Joy and really enjoyed her hospitality.

Was so easy to find . The right place to be away from too much crowd. The host was always available for any questions and even recommendations. 🫆

总体的体验还是不错的，呃，中途的话做了一天之后还帮我换了一套房间啊，因为那个房间的话是在路口啊就电梯口，所以要把我们换到远离电梯口的房间。啊，在这一点上做的还是不错的，总体而言给五星好评。

A great apartment in a more local area of Bangkok. Everything was working, as described, as shown in the pictures and spotless clean. A clear recommendation!

The AC & WiFi both work great! The gym is small but better than nothing! The pool is refreshing and not usually busy. It’s walkable to a skytrain station and close to a big mall (shopping and food court). It is a bit far from the action of downtown Bangkok, which makes it more local & peaceful. If you want to go into Bangkok it’s super easy to get there via train or Grab/taxi! The host is kind and clear. Easy check in/check out process! It was the perfect amount of space for 2 people. We would stay there again.

I love this Condo. Spacious 75sq meters with polished hardwood floors. Kitchen fully equipped pots pans dishes silverware etc. Big refrigerator, microwave 2 burner electric stovetop a toaster and small water kettle. Staff are all friendly. The pool on the 7th floor is spotless clean and I swim often. Many shops within walking distance, Lotus's 7-11 and local shops near Lotus's as well. Bang Khen fresh market 700m away. Make sure to eat at Mongkol Wattana Hainanese Chicken Rice shop, we love the noodle soup. Chanamas is great host, very responsive and helpful. I have stayed here 2 times already and plan to stay again. Thank you Chanamas.

Very comfortable with everything you need for long-term stay. The place is unbelievably quiet and the common area is a beautiful garden with swimming pool. Being able to swim and go to a small gym or study room is a plus. There is also a clean water machine in the laundry room. Would definitely recommend for people staying at the Thammasat University.

Condo was great. Modern, right amount of amenities, private, safe with on-site security. Host was friendly, responsive, with clear instructions. Would recommend staying here. I would!

Это самый замечательный кондоминиум, в котором мы останавливались в Таиланде! Внутри есть кинотеатр и игровые зоны в общем пользовании, прекрасный тренажерный зал, студия йогу, очень хороший бассейн. Рядом огромное количество местных лавочек, кафе, ресторанов, несколько круглосуточных магазинов. Прекрасная инфраструктура! Квартира чистая, новая, вся мебель очень хорошего качества. В кухне есть все, чтобы можно было что-нибудь приготовить. Хозяин очень доброжелательный, оперативно отвечал на все наши вопросы, помог с предоставлением документов для визы. Мы однозначно рекомендуем это жилье! Оно просто замечательное и полностью стоит своих денег!

주변에 버스정류장이 있어서 이동이 편리했고 논타부리 항구에서 배를 이용해 시내로 갈 수도 있습니다. 호스트는 매우 친절했고 숙박기간동안 여러가지를 배려해 주었습니다.
