Khem Beach : locations de vacances avec piscine

The host was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa was very modern and in a good location with pool and restaurant nearby. Transport is recommended if wanting to cook or spend more time in the villa. To make the stay even better, it would be useful to have some basic amenities such as washing up liquid, cloths or tea-towels. The villa would benefit from someone going through and opening all of the cupboards and drawers and removing everything that doesn't need to be there. There is a bit of clutter. If this was done, this would easily be a 5 star review.

This is a family run business that works very hard to make sure you are satisfied. The landscaping is incredible and they have a kitchen that you can use to make your own food. The daughter is an excellent chef and will cook for you if requested.. There are mopeds for rent , and every day you are asked if you would like your room cleaned and I like that. Do not hesitate to stay here.

We spent excellent 5 nights in Phu’s villa, it is definitely the best villa I ever live. The villa is exact the same as displayed pictures on Airbnb. And it is the perfect option for family. We go swimming everyday in the private pool. The host is always helpful to support us in organizing breakfast and daily care. And they are very kind to offer late check out time for our family. The only drawback is no much food option and grab delivery nearby. But the villa is closed to sunset town(15mins) and sonasea market (5mins) by car. In a nutshell, I strongly recommend this villa for a family trip.

Die Unterkunft ist der Hammer, super für alle die etwas Ruhe suchen und einfach genießen wollen! Die Ostküste ist sehr ruhig, es gibt aber ein paar kleine Restaurants und Läden die zu fuss oder besser mit dem Roller zu erreichen sind. Nana war für uns immer da und hat Touren organisiert und Kontakte vermittelt. Auch ihre Empfehlungen bezüglich nachtleben restaurants etc waren echt super! Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt und den Roller hat Nana uns bei Anreise direkt bereitgestellt gegen sehr geringe Gebühr (ca 6€/Tag). Alles in allem können wir nur empfehlen sie zu besuchen. Wer viel nachtleben will kann abends mit dem Taxi für ca 10€ jeweils hin und zurück kommen. Vielen Dank für alles :)

We had a very good stay and the team looked after us really well. The villas were very clean and appeared as per the images online. They have bikes available for rent and also have a golf cart to drop and pick you up from the cafes and restaurants close by.

At first we were bait hesitant to book because it had no reviews but the place looked amazing and hosted by super host Van so we went ahead with it. It looked exactly like pictures and was such an aesthetic place. It was super clean and new. We stayed there with family and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Sunset town is 6-7mins drive away and khem beach ( which was beautiful) was 3 -4 mins by drive. We had rented scooter so it became easy. There were many grocery stores around the place. Host was always responding and ready to help. We even called him at 10pm and he instantly responded. I would definitely recommend you to book this place if you want to experience the South of phu quoc.

We hebben 3 kamers met elk een 2 persoonsbed gehuurd. We hadden het hele gebouw voor ons zelf. De ruimtes zijn splinter nieuw en schoon. Elke kamer heeft een eigen badkamer. In de basement is een keuken met ruime koelkast. Op de vierde verdieping is een dakterras met zitje, een heerlijke plek voor de avond. Op deze verdieping staat ook een wasmachine. Het gebouw staat in het Marina gebied, met een mooi zwembad bestaande uit 3 baden. Hier kan je gebruik van maken. Het strand is vlak bij. Er liggen verschillende restaurants en eettentjes op het terrein. Via Thi waren er snel scooters geregeld echt super fijn! Thi reageert heel snel en adequaat.

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! Everything was exactly as described and met our expectations. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The only small thing we missed was a drying rack for wet swimsuits, but other than that, everything was great.

Appartement bien équipé et propre (aucun insecte pendant le séjour). Belle vue dégagée. Grande salle de gym mais peu de machines. Jolie piscine mais il semble que le système de filtration de l'eau ne fonctionne pas. Location d'un véhicule conseillé pour bien profiter des environs. Les plages Sao beach et Khem Beach à proximité sont magnifiques et gratuites. Les propriétaires sont arrangeantes et réactives.

L’appartement est magnifique il est situé au 18 étages , il est propre , lumineux et avec une vue magnifique sur les feux d’artifice et spectacle de lumière qui se passe tous les soirs. La résidence est très agréable avec une salle de sport et la piscine au dernier étage est très calme. L’enregistrement est ultra rapide et même chose pour le départ. Je recommande vivement ce logement, je reviendrai très prochainement.

Хозяин шикарный, всегда на месте (в этом же здании). Седьмой этаж, вид с балкона — то, по чему, по большей части и выбирал. Видно ежевечернее лазерное шоу и фейерверк (и, к сожалению, слышно тоже, так как там ещё и в течение дня репетиции постоянно устраивают, за 5 дней, что я был мог уже наизусть выучить :). Саму сцену, впрочем, не видно. GrabFood доставка в том районе не работает, так что еду нужно ходить искать ногами. Рестораны на берегу готовят хорошо, но сервис так себе, цены европейские. Есть, впрочем, небольшие и недорогие местные рестики, а при наличии транспорта можно и проехаться за едой. Канатная дорога в 5 минутах пешком. Может это сезон такой, но в январе народу прям очень мало (что плюс, как по мне). В описании присутствует «стиральная машина», но по факту отсутствует, предлагают забрать/увезти/постирать/вернуть. Я как-то свои носки-трусы привык сам стирать, так что данной услугой не пользовался. :) В холодильнике присутствовал welcome drink: вода, кола, пиво, free.

This is a beautiful apartment, very spacious, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It's set in a lovely garden, and the pool is excellent, too. It's called Ruby Guesthouse on g-maps, which led to a little confusion finding the place initially. There's not a lot immediately around the apartment, so you'll need some transport, but that's a good idea in Phu Quoc anyway. The hosts organised a scooter, delivered to the apartment, which was a little more expensive than some of the other places, but the bike was fairly new and in good condition, unlike some of the other bikes we rented. Overall, a great place to stay and I'd happily stay here again in the future.

The studio has an amazing view of the ocean and daily fireworks. It’s also a walking distance from the cable car station and the night market. There’s a big supermarket about 15 minutes walk, i would recommend making easy homemade meals at home since the restaurants in Sunset town are quite pricey

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, il était très bien décoré, très propre et disposait de tout ce qu'il fallait pour pouvoir y rester plusieurs jours. Nous sommes aussi allés nous baigner dans la piscine sur le toit de l'immeuble et avons pu admirer les spectacles et feux d'artifices qui ont lieu chaque soir depuis la terrasse de l'appartement (vue imprenable sur le spectacle !!)
