- One of the luxuries building in UB and stay cool during hot summer in UB. - 3 bedroom with 1 double bed & 3 single beds & sofa bed. - Attention: there is construction right under the all windows so it highly possible that exessive noise even during the night. - 2 portable airconditioner, one in living, other at bedroom 1 with double bed, 4 fans - No Party, No Event, No smoking - Only paid parking is available on premise but we can provide the heated parking just cross the road.
