We'll include fast Wi-Fi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other channels. Located close to the A4174 ring road between Bristol and Bath. Bristol Centre - Around 5 Miles. Travel time between 20 - 45 mins, depending on time of day. Bath - Around 10 Miles. 25 - 45 Mins. Happy to answer anything else!

The cottage is within walking distance from Keynsham with lots of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a trainstation (direct train to Bath and Bristol centre in about 10 minutes).

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Gran’s Cottage is a beautiful three bedroom cottage dating from 1890, fully modernised & refurbished. We can accommodate upto 5 guests in our stonebuilt cottage. Log Burner (logs provided), UNLIMITED WiFi, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Microwave, TV & PlayStation provided. A fantastic fully stocked local shop 5 minutes walk and a great local pub 5 minutes walk away. Please note, the cottage has a large walk in shower, but no Bath. Entry to the property by lockbox. Parking for two cars

Relax in the lovely garden when the weather allows.
