It has a private gated porch and is surrounded by lush plant life. It is fully furnished and loaded with amenities...from appliances, kitchenware and condiments, to personal care items. Comfortably fits 2 adults, featuring a queen size bed with memory foam mattress & topper.

The Heart of the Valley: Smart Modern Farmhouse

The Heart of the Valley takes it's name after what the city of Turlock represents to the Central Valley, it's heart. I wanted to use this as inspiration to create a home the embodied this. I worked closely with local interior designer, Marísela Rodríguez, to come up with a home design where guest can enjoy the convenience of modern technology while still having that warm, welcoming feeling a farmhouse has to offer.

Cozy and peaceful sanctuary with privacy includes a living room, bedroom, bathroom and a your own entrance to come and go as you please. Wifi, Keurig, fridge, microwave, and all utensils are provided. Sit and relax on the couch and watch your favorite movie or lay in a comfy queen size bed and watch a movie.
