First time in the Florida Keys, great spacious and comfortable condo for a family of four. Well stocked updated kitchen for making meals at home. Great porch with an amazing view the Atlantic. Quiet location and close to all amenities. Really enjoyed the beach right out the door! Thank you for providing such a comfortable space for our family vacation.

Enjoyed the great room location with cold a/c, quiet atmosphere, perfect saltwater pool, and beautiful views. We got to enjoy seeing manatees, dolphins, and iguanas from the property. There are quite a few great places right near for a quick good sandwich or bait for fishing. Will definitely be back!

This was a beautiful place to stay that was off the busy road and afforded less traffic and noise. It was still very convenient to all restaurants and activities in Marathon. The condo was very clean, beds comfortable, updated kitchen, and just great overall. There is a pool available and you are just a few steps from the beach. We would definitely recommend it to others, and stay here again.

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

Hello. We Booked this place so I could be in the sun on a lounge chair and husband could fish. It was exactly what we wanted. We were able to hang out together and both get what we wanted. He caught fish like crazy! Place is beautiful and exactly how described. Getting an Uber/lyft was easy. Sombrero Beach was beautiful. Ana was excellent to communicate with. Condo bed was very comfy and the bedroom dark. The use of a cooler and beach chairs was appreciated. Would not hesitate to book again.

Saw some reviews on TripAdvisor about the marina staff being rude. They were a little curt at first but became pleasant after we were polite and patient with them. The condo is about 20ft from where they park the boat for you and we were allowed to stay out past closing since we were staying with them. If you’re wondering how the fishing is in the Gulf, we are very inexperienced fishermen and still caught all sorts of exotic fish and small sharks from the boat and the nearby bridges, hundreds each day on the boat including the several mackerel and snapper we had for dinners. We saw dolphins, sea turtles, a giant grouper, and 8ft sharks. The beds weren’t great (2 crappy twins and a queen, rest of us slept on couches), the hot water was barely warm, and the TV was probably 15yrs old, but we were there for the fishing anyways. Not a fancy resort experience for sure, but worth it if you just need a base of operations in the Keys.

My family and I had a really great stay at Kim’s property. Communication was really great before and during our stay. We knew exactly what to expect and how to find the property and were able to make plans based on Kim’s recommendations. The property was so quiet and peaceful! The pool and beach were wonderful and never crowded. I would absolutely recommend a stay here for a quiet, relaxing vacation in the Keys.

This condo was everything we hoped for and more! The view from our balcony was wonderful, and the setting was quite peaceful. We loved sitting by the pool and looking out to the ocean. The condo, itself, was very tastefully decorated, and the furniture selection was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. Yuni was an excellent host, and she replied to my questions almost immediately. We plan to return to this property again!

Absolutely perfect getaway! Kim’s place is gorgeous.. literally steps from the sand! The unit was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed. Kim was on site to greet us when we arrived and was responsive to any request we had. She gave us excellent recommendations on restaurants and local activities. Key Colony Beach is a little quiet piece of paradise. We took a day trip into Key West (about 1 hour away) to do the touristy things We had such a relaxing vacation at Kim’s place.

Great place to stay in the Keys!!

The townhouse felt private even though there were other units. It is located on the end of the unit which made it even better. It was beautiful and very clean! I loved that we weren't required to strip the beds and start laundry. That is really helpful when needing to leave early extremely early to catch a flight. While there, take time to drive around the neighborhood and see the other beautiful homes. It was a perfect location for my husband and I to use as a home base while exploring all of the Keys. Just a great experience.

Everything was wonderful! Very convenient to other keys. Just a suggestion…a good soft mattress topper would be great for the beds. They are pretty firm.
