The host was very responsive to any questions we had . When circumstances changed she was incredibly understanding with our situation . The views are amazing and the rental very well appointed .

Carol is the sweetest host. My parents ended up extending their stay from two weeks to over a month. They said they were happier with her than at their own house. I wasn't present but I only heard praise for her from my parents. On my end, communicating and coordinating with Carol was super easy. I don't leave reviews on any app, but I think I have to this time. I'm very happy I booked with her. Thank you!

Carol is a great hostess! The house is beautiful! Our room was cozy, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub! She always responded promptly, told us where everything was and how to get it! Loved every minute of our stay!

This is a lovely home, clean, spacious and charming. It is just a few minutes from the entrance of Sequoia National Park but feels like a quiet oasis. The home had everything we needed including a completely fenced backyard for our dogs. Communication was excellent and Robin was very thoughtful. This is an excellent choice if you are traveling or vacationing in the area.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this property. Every part of this property is well thought out and impeccablably maintained. Upon arrival we were able to easily access the home. The gated entrance made us feel safe and secure the entire time. Our girls loved the freedom they had riding their scooters across the giant driveway and we loved knowing they were safe from street traffic. The house is immaculate and cozy. The garage opened up to be a bonus room that we spent hours playing in. The backyard is magical. The Kern River is right at your back door. We enjoyed many meals on the patio. Some notes: The neighbors can be a little sensitive to noise, which is understandable, so keep outdoor music low. The nearest grocery store is 20 a minute drive so come prepared. We loved the on-site chicken coop and really enjoyed the farm-fresh eggs provided upon arrival. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodate our requests. We hope to visit again.

Private convenient place near all the restaurants that are worth going to in Kernville. Jennifer also let me check in early which was great!

Great experience with a reasonable price. The landlord is kind and helpful, the house is small but has all the things we need. Is a cozy little cottage. Love it. Especially the bathroom is very clean. Great place to stay if you’re traveling to sequoia park. The location is perfect, close to the mountain, lake also the town. We had a great time starting our own fire and bbq by the house. 🥰

The home was clean, inviting and peaceful. The outdoor spaces felt like a private oasis. The interior was thoughtfully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The little details were well thought out and appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

The cabin is ideal for our family to have a full day visit to Sequoia Park and half day visit to Kings Canyon. Rooms are very clean. We didn't realize there are refrigerator and microwaver. We had a nice stay.

Great value for a 3-bedroom home. We didn't need this much space but it was a better price than much smaller options on the area. Pamela and Randy communicated very well and provided very clear instructions for everything. Kitchen was well-stocked and the entire place was tidy and clean. We stayed here a weekend when temperatures were 105F, and the portable AC did a surprisingly good job keeping the place cool. Note that Internet usage is limited and TV is an CRT so not the place for someone who cares about that stuff, but it was a perfect getaway for us to spend time together as small family as a place to relax after spending most of the day exploring the national forest region. Some highlights recommended to us by hosts were swimming/walking at Tyler Creek (very nearby) and hiking Unal Trail (about 1-1.5h away). Would definitely stay here again or anywhere Pamela and Randy are hosts.

This is one of the best airbnbs we have every stayed in! It is beautiful, comfortable, has absolutely everything! Linda is an exceptional host! Good location to the park! Wished we could have stayed longer.

Great location! About ten minute drive to entrance of Sequoia. Right near restaurants and shops of Three Rivers. Also right on the river which made for a great view. House meets all the basic needs, no frills, but you have everything you need. Great outdoor area. Very secure with gate. Fire pit was wonderful to use at night. Hosts checked in and were available if needed. Note: the restaurant next door has live music Fri, Sat, and Sun until 9pm so is a bit loud. Otherwise you can hear much over there. Also, bathroom setup is a bit awkward for anyone more than one family—has doors to both bedroom and dining room so not much privacy. Overall great spot to be if you’re planning on visiting the parks!

Our family of 5 felt right at home at this chic cottage in the hills. We stayed a few nights because of its proximity to Sequoia/Kings Canyon. We were so appreciative of the essentials that were provided during our stay, plus everything was clean and well kept. There is a neat bar and restaurant a few steps from the house but otherwise no local shops or gas stations. Quiet, beautiful, and fun to explore. . there are so many neat knick knacks, books, and art throughout the house. I'm so glad we found this gem.

We had a great stay! Our hosts were very pleasant and the house was very simple to locate. Heather was very responsive and proactive so much so I found myself bot having to ask many questions because everything was very clear. Which is perfect for me!

Excellent communication from Joyce. Cute place that was easy to find. Perfect location from the park. Restaurants, hardware store, market etc all within a 5min drive. One evening we walked down the driveway to the arts building, historical society, Tony’s food truck, and the ice cream/candy store. We enjoyed the wood burning stove in the living room. Plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking supplies in the kitchen. Comfy bed and pillows. We did bring a small fan as we like to sleep with one on (for the sound) but the AC worked perfectly and Joyce even offered to arrange to bring a fan to the house for me if we needed it. Great host.
