Très bon accueil par Sebastian et ses enfants, extrêmement gentils, serviables, et de bons conseils pour aller explorer les Backwaters. Ils nous y ont organisé une journée formidable, sur un petit bateau privatisé. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents, nous nous sommes régalés des crêpes à la coco! Par contre, les chambres ne sont pas très grandes, et il ne faut pas s’attendre à être dans un hôtel grand luxe. Nous ne retiendrons que de très bons souvenirs dans cette belle famille! 😊

A very cozy and spacious accommodation in a nice quiet location and yet close to the city centre. Beautiful outside terrace. We would like to thank Gagan and his family for the very attentive, loving and helpful accommodation. We felt very comfortable and would recommend the homestay without any doubts.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at KWETO and it truly lived up to our expectations. We felt welcomed and at home. The cozy atmosphere made it the perfect retreat. The local cuisine provided was delicious. It was such a treat to enjoy homemade and thoughtfully prepared meals. What really stood out was Madhu and his family’s hospitality. They went about to make sure we were comfortable, offering helpful recommendations and being readily available whenever we needed anything. Their kindness and attentiveness made the stay truly special and I felt more like a friend than just a guest. We are grateful for such a wonderful experience and would recommend KWETO Homestay to anyone looking for a charming and welcoming place. We will definitely be returning!

Room is clean and neat with super silent air conditioner, wardrobe with locker and cloth hangers, bedside tables, dressing table, spongy bed with multiple pillows and extra bed in case required. Washroom is clean with hot water and other amenities. Kitchen equipped with all appliances and essential consumables, compact dining arrangement. Inverter & ironing facility also available. Near to Bakel fort and beaches. Thrikkannapuram Thriambakeswara temple. On the bank of Bakel river. Cultivated coconut, arecanut & other fruit plant. An upcoming farm is a good view. Complementary breakfast is served, lunch & dinner to be managed by the guests. Nearby restaurant contacts are made available at the villa. Hospitality is fantastic throughout the stay and reachable over phone at any time for any assistance.

It was a nice place to stay. The cleanliness was top notch. The host was so friendly. Highly recommend for people looking for a stay in Allappey.

The place is surrounded by lush green coffee estate. if you prefer a stay free from noise and enjoy the calmness and wilderness of the surrounding then this place is perfect. special mention about the breakfast which was prepared by cheetan mom. Great accommodation, highly recommended for a short term vacation.

We had a lovely time at this Mindhun’s place as a family. The house staff took very good care of us and were very kind, attentive and helpful, and the food was lovely. The house is spacious and very clean and suited us well. Host was very helpful and quick to communicate. Only disappointing thing was that we were advised that sea was unsafe to swim in - so we didn’t really get to take advantage of the beach.

We had a great time staying in this 2BH unit for our family vacation with 8 people. The apartment was clean, cozy, and in a nice, quiet spot. The only thing to note is that while there are two bedrooms, the beds are really only suitable for 2 people. But no worries—Mr. Firoz, the manager, took care of everything for us and provided extra mattresses and bedding so everyone had a comfy place to sleep. What truly made this stay stand out was the exceptional service provided by the property manager, Mr. Firoz. Special credit goes to him for his responsiveness, and genuine hospitality. From the moment we checked in, he ensured everything was smooth, promptly attended to our requests, and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. Thanks to Mr. Firoz and his dedication, we felt well taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. The stay was amazing. If one likes the quite detox. This is the place to be. akarsh is a wonderful host. The food, service and every little thing was taken care meticulously. he suggested the places we can visit nearby and took care of all our needs.

The place is nestled in the midst of a 25 acre coffee plantation. The owners are warm and gracious hosts who took care of our needs. The food was amazing and is home cooked. There is a lot to explore for hiking, nature lovers within the plantation. Definitely would recommend the place to anyone looking for calm surroundings and a wonderful place to stay at. The room is tastefully done up. Sandeep communicated with us and helped us with finding the right transport from the airport to the place. Sandeep's parents take care of the property and they took great care of us. Highly recommended if you want a peaceful and relaxed holiday!

Wir waren sehr glücklich mit unserem Aufenthalt bei Sunaina. Sie und ihre Familie sind herzliche Gastgebende. Sunaina hat uns Tipps für An- und Abreise gegeben, die unsere Pläne ergänzt haben. Sie hat uns außerdem spontan eine tolle Canoe-Tour mit Vishnu zum Sonnenaufgang organisiert. Wir würden die Canou-Tour zum Sonnenaufgang allen empfehlen. Das Anwesen ist wunderschön und am Abend mit vielen Lichterketten beleuchtet. Man kann direkt am Fluss entspannen. Das Essen ist lecker! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Munroe Island zu euch:)

5 stars ain’t enough to rate this place ! Visiting this place was like a get together with long lost friends and family! Vinayak & Vivek are ever ready to run the extra miles to make the guests happy - whether it’s about visiting a place , getting you something you randomly mentioned that you like . The food served was home made ,delicious and fresh. Vinayak reads your mind and shows up with tea at times ! The trip , the stay and spending time with the family was a total game changer ! PS- the whole family are good listeners!! Definitely visiting again soon :)

Villa Akasa is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed. It is at South Varkala just 5 mins walk to beach and close to many cafes. Breakfast was awesome with 4 different options everyday. Raju and Tiri were very proactive and were very helpful. If you love peaceful surrounding then this is the place for you. I will be visiting again here very soon.

It was a great experience, amid the amazing coffee plantations. Me and my wife enjoyed it thoroughly, the rooms and washrooms were super clean and well maintained. I appreciate their effort to promote sustainability . Jyostsana and her family were very sweet and were always there for any help needed . Their local sightseeing recommendations were spot on.
