Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch, our newly renovated room lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. Newly remodeled studio in a cute safe town by the water. Located 45 minutes from San Francisco and 30 minutes from Napa. We are located in the Bay Area in the city of Benicia. It is a great location if you are planning to travel to Napa and San Francisco during your stay, since it sits right in between those two cities. It is located right on the Bay with a cute downtown area. I can recommend my favorite restaurants and things to do in the area as well!

Enjoy 500 square feet of newly constructed luxury on a quiet street in the charming neighborhood of Bret Harte. The spacious bedroom has a king bed and private spa-like bathroom with heated floors. Through the double barn doors is a sitting room with two sofas that convert to single beds as well as a dining nook and kitchenette. A separate gated pathway leads to the private deck with space to relax or dine while listening to songbirds.
