Gloria's place is definitely a bit quirky. If you're looking for something bog standard book into the Premier Inn! It's on a nice quiet road and, importantly for me travelling as a solo woman, I felt extremely safe. Everything was spotlessly clean and for a stay close to the coast in peak time it was incredible value.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Exceptional – A Must-Stay! This was hands down one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully presented, and exactly as described (if not better). The host went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable — with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, the bed was super comfy, and every detail had clearly been thought through with care. Whether you're staying for business, a weekend getaway, or a longer break, this place is a hidden gem. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and recommend it to anyone looking for a 5-star experience. Catriona's place is very nice and can sleep upto 8 people, so if your going to a family is perfect. It is also baby friendly, I have a 4 month old and there is a crib that fits next to me in the master bedroom. Catriona's flat is in a perfect location. It's only 11 minutes drive to Rye, which is a lovely historical place and lots of lovely restaurants and cafés. The beach is a 3 minute walk from the flat and is worth talking a walk to the sand beach, I can imagine in the summer it's crazy busy down the beach. We had a lovely 2 days stay! Catriona left fresh fruit and milk and food in the cupboard which is a lovely touch. we also received a text message asking if we had checked in ok. Thanks Catriona

The Northen Belle was a great stay, well located in walking distance from Margate Beach with a very cosy living room to relax in (including 2 TVs and ample furtniture). the kitchen was also well equipped with just what we needed for two nights' stay.

Such a beautiful little stay. Anna was so warm and welcoming and also nicely introduced herself, and gave some helpful local recommendations. The room was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated, a lovely added touch of fresh milk, bread, butter, jam, tea and coffee etc. The gorgeous little private patio area is perfect and the surroundings are so nice and peaceful. Location is ideal with a 10 min walk into the town / beach. Room is definitely as described and in my opinion, looks better than pictures. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom spotless. Spent a lovely bank holiday weekend in this calm spot with my partner and my mum. The house was just as described, clean, organised and with a wonderful view to the sea. The area is accessible and surrounded by gorgeous walks following the coastline or the canal. Nikki was very friendly and kept in touch through the stay. Overall, 100% recommended - it was everything we could have hoped for in a staycation!

Nice clean home only 10 mins walk away from the city centre. Lewis was a great host always quick to respond to any queries.

Needed somewhere to stay for a family party. This was perfect for the five of us. Host was always responsive to any questions we asked. Very nice.

A cozy, comfortable and conveniently located in Rye. It's tempting to spend the day lounging around since one feels at home here. The town and surroundings, however, have a lot to see though.

Beautiful house in Orpington with everything you need. Calm neighbourhood; restaurants and supermarket in the centre of Orpington, thus easy to reach. Fast connections to central London with the train. Communication with Maria was easy and worked always very well. We had a really pleasant stay at Maria's place... and Prince, the cat, is a lovely companion. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sigrid's and Andre's. All as described, high quality apartment. Fully equipped, you will find there all you need for your stay and more. We have been treated with a bottle of bubbly for a start, bowl of fruits and Easter sweets. And obviously Lulu paid us a visit, our daughter loved her so much. Thank you and if we ever will be in the area we will definitely be back. Apartment is just 10 min walk from the beach, very quiet and peaceful place.

Second time we’ve stayed here due to being in prime location and the Airbnb being to a high standard of cleanliness. Anmol was once again a very helpful host and even more so as we booked it with such short notice.

Ola’s place is wonderful. Private, clean, cozy. Worth every penny. Ola is a great communicator and left us very clear instructions on how to find her. Overall I would highly recommend staying at Ola’s place.

If you’re looking for somewhere central this is a great choice! Very central. Shop opposite and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Excellent place to stay.
