Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

Note: there are security cameras in place outdoors and there is a flight of steps to the entrance.

Our secluded location ensures plenty of privacy, making for a peaceful stay. Our beach house is a quick 10 minute drive to the DE Turf Complex making it an ideal location for sports enthusiasts looking for a convenient place to stay during events. For those looking for shopping and dining, Milford is only a 10 minute drive.

Looking for a relaxing getaway? Gandy's beach is the perfect place for you. This secluded beach is a perfect place to escape your everyday hustle and bustle. This 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom house sits right on the water and sleeps up to 12. Feel free to bring your own fishing gear to fish right from the deck. We have 1 canoe and a few generic "orange" Life jackets to be used. If you have a jet ski or a boat you can drop it in at Sundog Marina.

Our large, comfortable, pet friendly beach house well suited to families and mellow friend groups is 2 lots from a crescent beach that you can walk for miles in either direction, offers some water views from the top of the steps and one bedroom. We have a sandy area under the house with beach chairs, SUP & 4 adult bikes in beach closet that opens with the house key for your stay. Gather together in the great room at days end.
