This studio also features a covered concrete porch with a beautiful vine that stretches above the patio furniture (April through October). Walking distance to many restaurants/taverns and 3 blocks to the public boat launch.

This is a "smart" residence with Amazon Alexa, smart alarm clocks, wireless chargers in all bedrooms and living areas for music, etc. Look at the reviews, please. A spacious one-bedroom apartment on the second floor of our home. There is a full kitchen and bathroom, a comfortable living room with an incredible picture window, secure parking and storage. 50-acres of farm, woods, and lake await. We're close to the Richard Bong Rec Area, the Mars Cheese Castle, Alpine Valley, Lake Geneva, Kenosha, Racine and Milwaukee.

Lily Lake is one of the cleanest lakes in Kenosha County with a sand bottom. Kayaks and a paddle board are available the property is located on the east side of the lake great for a beautiful sunsets
