After a mixup with the entry code, all was well. The little house was just as it looked online, was well equipped (even a cafetière) and very clean. It was just right for our anniversary- and the carrot cake and Prosecco that was left for us was delicious. And…the sun came out for us in October.

Me and my family absolutely loved our stay at Frances's country house! Felt right at home with so much space for us all to relax cook and walk around the grounds.. Lovely local walks too! The kitchen was very well stocked with all we needed and so much fridge/freezer space for everthing we brought along to eat and drink over our few days stay. I actually really appreciated the fact that it didn't seem "fussy" which made it even more like a home away from home and we certainly made use of the aga! The hydro pool was also a great addition and as some others have mentioned in the reviews the pool house is a little dated but with all the other space and open plan set up we really didn't need to use it.. all in all we had a great stay and we'd certainly come back! Thanks again!

Just back from a beautiful weekend at the Pavillion. The place was amazing, with fantastic views, very peaceful. The sauna and outdoor pool added to the experience. Ruth greeted us on arrival and was happy to show us around. Ruth supplies all the information needed for the stay well in advance and was available over the weekend if we needed anything (we didn't)

WOW! This is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! If you’re staying in Glastonbury but want a peaceful place to stay (which is ten mins from the walk to the Tor) just book it ! The house is absolutely stunning but we spent most of the time in the garden which is out of this world and very private. The hot tub was a huge bonus after a trip into town to relax away from the crowds – Sophie has made her home so welcoming & its perfect for a group. The beds are so comfy and all you can hear is birdsong each morning – its is so gorgeous and tranquil. The location couldn’t have been better – we went into town to eat (Queen of Cups is fab) one night but stayed ‘home’ for the rest of the time. Chalice Well & White Springs also within walking distance (down dirt track). Celebrated my 50th here and from start to finish it was the perfect weekend. Thanks so much Sophie. A beautiful house in a lovely, quiet location. Very spacious and has everything you could possibly need. The garden is amazing. It’s the perfect place for a family or friends get together. We went to The Crown in the village for a meal (3 min drive or 15 min walk), it’s a beautiful pub. Rosanna is an excellent host. We would thoroughly recommended Narracott House.

The property has beautiful views over the lake and we could see loads of different water birds. The view was even better than the photos suggested. The property was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and has an excellent coffee machine. This would be perfect for an extended family group or 2 families sharing. There was lots of storage and places for shoes and coats. The onsite restaurant Balihoo was excellent especially if you are coeliac. There was also a pizza shack that my kids said was great. Clare was a proactive host and the property is run by Orion holidays who sent plenty of communication and information. We will definitely visit again.

Lovely accommodation in a beautiful location

This is my second visit and I wasn't disappointed. Felicity is a great host and her home is excellent value for money.

Had such a great stay at Carole's place. She was an incredibly friendly and helpful host, who even gave us a whistle-stop tour of the surrounding area and dropped us off at a lovely pub. The property was cozy, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed playing the board games provided and really appreciated the beautiful fresh flowers provided. Thanks so much

Incredible place to go with kids. So much outdoor space and things to do in the garden, including the cutest fairy house! Also a 5 min walking distance from an awesome family friendly pub.

Jane was an excellent host and responded to my enquiries before booking and whilst we were there. The apartment is bright and airy with a perfect balcony where you can watch the sun go down whilst listening to the birds. The spa on site is great, outdoor pool is a little fresh! You need to book a slot in advance in busy periods but Jane will send you all the details you need. We had a really relaxing stay and would stay again.

Peaceful location and clean, cosy accommodation. Ideal for our purpose which was researching properties in Chepstow. There is no kitchen so be prepared to travel to eat and the location is off the beaten track so use the what3words reference for accurate sat nav especially in the dark.

We had a lovely break away, the accommodation had everything we wanted and as described. It was easy and quick to walk into Bath centre while being in a very quiet street. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in the flat. It was so relaxing and easy going and there was so much to keep two boys and two dogs occupied when we weren’t out walking. There’s a really nice walk down to the river from the house and it’s a short distance from many other hiking sites. The kids loved the trampoline, skate park, and tree net and our city dogs enjoyed meeting all the farm animals and resident dogs. We felt so much at home there and no one was ready to leave!

This is a lovely place to stay with beautiful views from the outside terrace. This accommodation had everything we needed and was very convenient for visiting local attractions such as Wells and Cheddar Gorge. Carol was excellent at communicating and very helpful when we needed to change our booking due to personal circumstances. Thank you for a great stay Carol and the delicious complimentary cream tea you left for us. We would definitely come back here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Great stay in a beautiful location with many amenities included in the room. Peaceful and basic, but everything you would need. We would only recommend something to deter the Wasps as the room is located near to the Oak tree but this would be the only minor thing!

Perfect get away for a couple looking for some time away, there are great places to eat in the area coupled with access to a hot tub creates the best setting for a couples get away. Denise was very responsive to all questions and provided good knowledge of the local area and provided a really good welcome pack outlining everything to do locally. Denise also went the extra mile as we were celebrating a birthday she provided some extra goodies on arrival. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again

Had the most amazing weekend, cabin was delightful and very cosy, Hot Tub was great. Great walks as practically on top of the Ridgeway. Richard was a great host, I would highly recommend to stay, great getaway for piece, relaxation, with great walks & beautiful scenery. Thanks Rich for a great stay 🙂

Myself and my boyfriend had a brilliant time staying in the Swan Pod. We had only booked for 3 nights but I definitely didn’t want to go home. It was easy to find and even easier to check in which is what I was hoping for. The lake is beautiful and the animals were just a bonus, I would definitely recommend if you want a nice, peaceful getaway for a few days.

Sarah was kind and welcoming from the very first moment, making our stay truly pleasant. The house is charming and perfect for a short escape of a couple of days. It’s in a fairly remote location, so having a car is essential — but the drive is absolutely worth it.

Absolutely gorgeous property hidden away in the woodland. The photos do not do it justice, it is much larger than the photos make and super cosy ! The cabin is a short walk from where you will park 5-10 minutes but the walk is lovely and very easy to find. The host was really helpful and replied very fast to any questions and queries. We will be looking to book again in the next year. The photos do not do the property justice !
