Apartment was very comfortable. Frank & Susan were very responsive when I had questions- they usually responded immediately. Wonderful neighborhood for walking around, and just 2 blocks to the streetcar into the French Quarter.

It was a charming place to stay while visiting family and friends.

The unit was great, clean and just what we needed. There’s a neighborhood market and a great little coffee spot just around the corner with great breakfast. The location was very close to public transportation and takes a quick 20-minute bus ride to get to the French Quarter and river tours. The hosts were very accommodating and graciously afforded us a last-minute late checkout. We will definitely book again when we return to NOLA. Thank you!

Amazing place & location. Loved this area and found lots of great food and people around. Can’t wait to come back. Would definitely stay here again. Brian was very flexible with check-in and I appreciate that, got to hit the ground running when I landed.

We had a great time at "The Mistress"! The location next to the streetcar line was fantastic (although be aware that if you are there on a festival weekend, the streetcar will sometimes be too full to stop, so leave extra time). Parking is also pretty easy; we were able to get around with our rental and then park close by with no problem. As mentioned in other reviews, there is some noise due to a bar next door that has live music, plus a very lively taco restaurant across the street. But we only really had a problem with it on the Sat. night we were there, and then only in the front bedroom (the one with twin beds). For the rest of our stay we just closed the front room door to minimize noise and the kids wore earplugs (very handily supplied by the hosts!) in that front bedroom. The noise was much reduced on the non-weekend nights. In short, it was not a big deal and we would definitely stay here again! Restaurant tip: Tito's Ceviche & Pisco just a couple blocks away. Delicious!!

Our stay at Lori’s was wonderful! We lived in NOLA for a long time, and we come back to visit often. Lori’s home was one of the best we’ve stayed in, hands down. Ideal, walkable location for food, coffee, fun, and groceries, but set in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood where you’ll feel like a NOLA local. We felt right at home. Lori is one of the most generous, helpful and responsive hosts we’ve met. Her home was very clean, well-appointed, and we appreciated the plentiful towels, blankets, etc. for our family. We will definitely be staying again! Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, the house was cozy and well stocked with all the essential necessities. The place was clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet with plenty of grocery stores nearby. The home location was easy to find and all of our destinations were within 15 to 20 minutes. I had a wonderful stay at David's apartment, which was just as described. It's a beautiful, modern space equipped with excellent appliances and amenities. The location is peaceful and convenient, with a variety of nearby restaurants. I appreciated the walkability to a grocery store and charming coffee shops. I would definitely love to stay at this place again on my next visit to NOLA!

Our stay at Tanei’s home in New Orleans was amazing! The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had super comfortable beds. My family and I felt completely safe and loved how quiet and beautiful the neighborhood was. We came for a weekend getaway, and it was perfect. The saltwater pool was a huge hit for my family. I also enjoyed morning walks to the lake and taking in the beautiful views. We didn’t use the fireplace, but the home itself was magnificent. Getting around was easy with Uber; wait times were short, and we were only about 15 minutes from the French Quarter and most attractions. Tanei was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making everything smooth. After a long morning of travel, the welcome snacks and water she left were so thoughtful and appreciated, especially with hungry kids! We truly felt at home and will definitely always book her place when visiting NOLA.

We had a great visit in New Orleans staying at this cozy and cute home. We loved the neighborhood and the streetcar that takes you everywhere you want to go that was right across the street. The home was well appointed and clean.. We felt comfortable and safe and would definitely recommend staying here. We would stay again!

Prime location off Fretet st. Get place for walking entertainment and night life. Property has a nice pool and great outdoor lounging. The host is very responsive and has done a get job at making sure the place has all of the amenities that one could wish for in an airbnb. Felt more at home than other rentals i have had because literally everything there. Bonus - Massive amount of board games!

We recently stayed at this beautiful five-bedroom, five-bath home in New Orleans, and it was absolutely perfect for our group. The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus — it made getting ready so easy and comfortable for our entire group. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the common areas were perfect for gathering, playing games, and sharing meals. The host was communicative, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The location was convenient — close enough to easily get to all the attractions, but tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet after a busy day in New Orleans. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area with a large group!

We had the absolute best stay here!! When we arrived everything was immaculately clean Robin is a wonderful host and so sweet She thought of everything we might need as far as bedding, toiletries, hygiene care, dishes, laundry supplies, snacks, etc The backyard was lovely, def recommend if you have kids who need space to run around It is about a 25min drive to Bourbon St and French Quarter area. It was well worth it for such a quiet and safe neighborhood We will be staying here in the future for sure Thank you again Robin, you made this trip so magical 🌸✨

What an amazing place to stay when you are in Louisiana! The community was fantastic and it made me wish I had my own place there. The house was beautiful and had many wonder complements when family came over to visit. This is by far the best place I ever used on Airbnb

My wife and I had an absolutely amazing stay in New Orleans! Gigi's place was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, close to downtown NOLA and the French Quarter, but far away enough where it was quiet and peaceful at night. Gigi was incredibly responsive and gave some great local recommendations that really made the trip special. I especially loved the outdoor deck overlooking St. Charles Ave, as well as the architecture and charm of Gigi's condo. Overall, we'd would definitely stay here again.

This a perfect location. Easily walkable to Bourbon St, river side, and French Quarter, but it’s removed enough to avoid the noise. Loads of restaurants nearby. There are two bedrooms, but the one bedroom only has thin sliding doors so the noise easily transfers out. Having two bathrooms was so nice. The place doesn’t have a smart TV. It has an old school TV with cable. The music channels all lagged and skipped, so bring a bluetooth speaker if you plan on listening to music when you’re enjoying time in the condo. The hose was fantastic and super quick to respond. We asked for recommendations for grocery, liquor, tour pickup, etc. and within minutes we received a very detailed response. Highly recommend this place for your stay in New Orleans.

Great location! I think the reviews underestimate how walk-able the location is to restaurants, Bourbon Street, French Quarters. There are plenty of cute, little coffee shops and markets nearby, too.

Lovely loft with every amenity we could have wanted. Great location 3 blocks from Bourbon, near multiple streetcar lines, French market, and the Riverwalk. Judy was friendly and responsive. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was safe. Would stay again!

One of the Best Airbnb Experiences We’ve Ever Had: We were incredibly impressed with our stay at The Natchez. From start to finish, it was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. If you’re heading to NOLA, it’s hard to beat this place—The Natchez sets the standard. Everything about the property is well thought out. The branding is on point, the layout is perfect, and the amenities are top-tier. The pool and two hot tubs made it feel like a resort. We were in town for a conference, but it’s clear this place would be just as amazing for a family getaway or a trip with friends. Honestly, we wish there were more places like The Natchez in other cities. We highly suggest expanding the brand—it’s clear they know exactly how to do it right.
