Welcome to Littleton! Our beautiful neighborhood is friendly and quiet with easy access to amenities and highways. Enjoy the comforts of home without missing any of the excitement of Denver and the Rocky Mountains. We recently renovated our guest suite and hope that you love it as much as we do. The suite is essentially an apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette, dining, laundry, & spacious living space. It's perfect for families, groups, or couples to enjoy a Rocky Mountain getaway.

Welcome home to your own private, well-appointed apartment on the ground floor of a historic 1928 Broadway storefront. A great location where you can walk to the Gothic Theater; as well as casual and fine dining restaurants and cute shops. Drive just 5 minutes to Swedish Hospital and Craig Hospital or head straight up Broadway to the heart of downtown Denver in as little as 10 minutes. It’s also a straight shot West to the beautiful Rocky Mountains with Red Rocks Amphitheater just 20 min away.

We live on the upper level and ask that guests respect quiet hours from from 10 pm - 7 am. Guests should anticipate hearing us upstairs during the daytime. All are welcome here.

This is a space of 360 sq. ft., which includes a small kitchenette, with microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, hot tea kettle, and mini fridge. There is one full bathroom; please note that the bedroom and common area, which holds one sofa big enough for two people, is a shared space. This is a tiny house. Quaint and comfortable, and small. Enjoy fresh clean linens, and on cool days, bump the little red gas stove up and enjoy a cozy fire.
