Awasome location, big house (we stay with 2 families, 5 children the oldest at 9 years), clean and modern facilities, spend a lot of hours at the ca 20x5 m pool, had dinner at the "mezedopoleion" tavern of Theodoros, 5 min. car drive into the village, Theodoros manage for supply of fresh fish on pre order of 1 day or dishes like pastizio for the kids at reasonable prices, 5 min. car drive to the excellend beach of legraina 15 to poseidon temple. Easy internet success, cable tv (offered but not used) Recommendable at any times!

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern 2 wunderschöne Wochen bei Sophia in Marmari verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist absolut traumhaft gelegen mit direktem Blick aufs Meer und man hört das Wellenrauschen zum Einschlafen und Aufwachen. Zu Fuß sind es keine 2 Gehminuten bis zum Strand, wunderbar, gerade mit kleinen Kindern oder wenn man Erholung sucht. Sophia hat uns jeden Morgen ein köstliches Frühstück mit Produkten aus der Region oder eigenem Anbau zubereitet. Jeden Morgen hat sie uns mit zahlreichen, wechselnden Köstlichkeiten überrascht und es gab frisch gepressten Orangensaft, was besonders unseren Kindern sehr gefiel. Unsere Gastgeberin ist eine so herzliche, liebevolle, kinderliebe Frau, die uns wirklich jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ablas und zahlreiche, wunderbare Tipps für die Region hatte. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön mit antiken Möbeln eingerichtet und man merkt, dass der Ort eine Seele und Geschichte hat. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder.

The place is ideally located if you want to be close to the airport or want a peaceful place in the countryside to stay while exploring Athens. Marcy and George were so kind and helpful - not only with rides to the metro station and help organizing take out dinner but also sourcing and supplying all the baby gear supplies we needed for our infant. It was very very appreciated! The apartment has everything you could need and the hosts left a few treats for us as well which we enjoyed. Thank you both for everything!

The place was great. It is exactly as shown. It is 10 minutes from the airport, and Alkis provided me a ride to and from the airport at a reasonable price. Beautiful place.

Η εμπειρία μας ήταν εξαιρετική. Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός, προσεγμένος και πλήρως εξοπλισμένος, δημιουργώντας μια άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή. Η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη και ασφαλής, με καταστήματα και εστιατόρια σε κοντινή απόσταση. Η τοποθεσία ήταν εύκολα προσβάσιμη, τόσο με αυτοκίνητο όσο και με μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς. Επιπλέον, το πάρκινγκ ήταν άνετο και εύκολο, κάτι που μας διευκόλυνε ιδιαίτερα. Ένα μεγάλο θετικό στοιχείο ήταν η εξαιρετική επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη. Ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμος, απαντούσε γρήγορα και ήταν πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει με ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν, κάνοντας τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Συνολικά, πρόκειται για μια εξαιρετική επιλογή, ιδανική για όποιον αναζητά έναν καθαρό, άνετο χώρο σε καλή τοποθεσία, με έναν φιλόξενο και εξυπηρετικό οικοδεσπότη. Θα το προτιμούσαμε ξανά!

Wonderful place with everything to make you feel at home… Stocked with cleaning supplies and fresh linens, updated kitchen appliances… loved the homey feel and beautiful artwork…patio was lovely and has beautiful friendly cat visitors… loved that it is closed to the beach and in a friendly neighborhood. Thank you Valia for a wonderful stay.

We hebben een fijne week gehad in het mooie, schone huis van Mike. Prachtig uitzicht op zee en een goede uitvalsplek voor bezoek aan Athene, Kaap Sounion en Delphi. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een keuken met alle benodigdheden. Een klein minpuntje: de vloer is aan vervanging toe en kraakt enorm.

This is my second time staying at Maria's, and it has been perfect. I love how cozy and warm the apartment is and at the same time has everything you could possibly need, you just feel right at home. Maria is a very sweet and bubbly person and has a contagious laugh :) we met when I first arrived and she made sure that I have all the information I needed about the apartment. Since it was Christmas time, Maria had beautiful Christmas lights and decorations that just made me smile every time I entered the apartment. She also had some Greek Sweets for Christmas which were delicious! Once you stay at Maria's Im certain it will always become your first choice when visiting Voula/Athens.

Jenny was so genuinely caring and helpful - she picked me up at the airport and took my luggage to her place so that I could metro down to Athens and take advantage of my one evening in Athens before my flight the next day. She was full of great info, recommendations, and truly hosted my stay as a solo female traveler in ways that made it possible to enjoy myself and not worry about a thing. She went above and beyond. I walked down to a local cafe and beach the next morning and she picked me with my luggage and drove me to the airport so that I could enjoy breakfast and say goodbye to the Aegean Sea. A lovely human, and a great place to stay out of the hustle of Athens and near the airport.

The location is perfect near restaurants and shopping area, plenty parking available and quiet place. Will definitely choose again Alexandro’s house.

We loved Dimitra's place and would highly recommend it - this is our second time staying here. The apartment is a good size for two and has all the cooking amenities you might need for a short stay. The place is spotlessly clean. Hosts are friendly and were extremely accommodating regarding our arrival time. It is a short walk to a metro station on the airport line so getting around the city is easy from here.

very nice hosts, they warmly welcomed us! the apartment is about half an hour drive from th airport ,and has a lovely view to see. The common space and the kitchen are large and there is a lovely balcony

Our apartment was clean and cosy. Everything on the right place. Localization near to airport and Athens if you have a car it’s perfect. Parking space free, just few empty spaces for car in the neighborhood. Nice places to relax during the day and the evenings.

We needed on night before an early morning ferry ride. The location was perfect, the place was exactly as described and easy to navigate. Very nice public square with restaurants is walking distance. Would use again.

An incredibly private location with stunning surroundings. Everything at Melisses is thought through, every little touch has a reason and a place. And the breakfasts are phenomenal!

A wonderful and very special spot. I had wanted to try here for a while and it did not disappoint. Everything about Melisses has been very carefully thought through and it was lovely to be able to stay somewhere where I would have gone pre children but still made to feel so welcome with children. We had a lovely stay at Melisses. It’s a fantastic place to relax with beautiful views. The service from all the staff was amazing - they really made our stay in Andros so much better with local tips on food, beaches, etc. The food is excellent, especially the breakfast. Melisses is absolutely sublime. The views are phenomenal and the cove below has gin clear water with beautiful fish. The staff are very caring and friendly and couldn’t do more. Breakfasts are superb. While the drive to Mèlisses is steep, it’s so worth the effort. One of our best holidays ever.
