Sıla Hanım çok tatlı ve anlayışlı bir ev sahibiydi.Ev temiz ve her yere yakındı. Bir daha adada konaklamak istersek kesinlikle ilk tercihimiz🙏🏻

Yatak odasındaki bir pencere hafif aralık kaldığı için oda biraz soğuktu. Araya bir şey sıkıştırarak sorunu çözdük. Mutfak malzemeleri yemek yapmak için pek yeterli değildi. Evin konumu sahile çok yakın. Sorularımız için iletişime geçtiğimizde çok hızlı dönüş aldık. Kışın şehirden çok uzaklaşmadan sakin bir kaçamak yapmak için ideal.

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

BEST flat if you want to stay in the Asian side of Istanbul. The apartment is huge, very clean and in a strategic position. You have pharmacy, supermarkets, herbal shop, restaurants and all the necessary amenities u need. It is just 15 min walk from the beautiful Bagdad Caddesi and 10 minutes away from the sea promenade. I really enjoyed the stay and the host was always nice and reactive. The flat was very very clean and for me , who went there for medical reasons, it was very important. Highly recommended.

Murat bey ve sevgili eşi çok sıcakkanlı bir karsilama yaptılar. Her konuda yardımcı oldular. Ev harika bir biçimde tertemizdi. Evde ve mutfakta ihtiyaciniz olabilecek her husus düşünülmüştü. Tatilinizin güzel gecmesinde evde olan konfor çok etkiliydi. herşey için teşekkür ederiz.

Kıvanç Bey konaklamamız konusunda her derdimize derman olabildi. Manzarası, gözüktüğünden şaşırtıcı derecede daha da iyi. Gayet düzenli yürütülen bir AirBnB. Heybeliye gelecek olan misafirler ve yabancıların dikkatine - Google Maps verileri güncel değil! Sokakların bazıları yanlış isimlendirilmiş, bazı sokaklarda yol varmış gibi gösterirken aslında olmadığı ortaya çıkıyor vs. Velhasıl, Google'a çok güvenmeyin!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer sehr renommierten Gegend von Istanbul. Man hat verschiedene Einkaufs- und Restaurantmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, die man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Außerdem befindet sich ca. 10 min entfernt die Marmaray- Station: Göztepe, mit der man direkt ins Zentrum von Kadiköy fahren kann. Die Innenausstattung ist super, alle weiteren Utensilien waren verfügbar. Sehr empfehlenswert, würde es auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen sofern ich in Istanbul bin - vielen Dank für die unkomplizierte Kommunikation an Alper!

Convenient location! Place is great and very clean. Ufuk is awesome host, very friendly and responsive!

The house is spacious (two bedrooms and a living room) and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden and the cozy winter lounge are great spots to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, just two metro stops away from the Bosphorus shore (Üsküdar). From there, you can easily get anywhere in Istanbul by metro, bus, or ferry. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and some are open all night.

كانت تجربتنا في المنزل الأبيض الصغير تجربة مثالية حقًا وبدون مجاملات، ابتداءا من بدء الحجز الى نهاية تسليمه، المنزل اعجب فيه اسرتي ، كان مرتبا ومنظما بطريقة احترافية، كان نظيفا منسقا، متكامل الخدمات جدا، لو عدت الى اسطنبول سيكون هو خياري الأول، وسأنصح به أصدقائي بلا شك، شكر خالص للسيد المحترم Suha على اهتمامه و مرونته وشكر لفريقه الذي ينفذ تعليماته كما يجب.

Ev beklediğim gibiydi. Güzel bir misafirlik oldu. sessiz, sakin ve bahçesi var. Genel anlamda beğendim.

Staying at Ahmet’s house was truly special. The location is perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet so close to everything you could want. It’s just a short, scenic walk down to the seaside, where you can catch a ferry to Bebek and soak in one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods. There’s a supermarket nearby for all your essentials, and the views from the house are absolutely breathtaking — especially at sunset. Don’t miss it; it’s pure magic. Conveniently, there’s also a bus stop right outside the gate that takes you directly to Üsküdar, from where you can easily catch a ferry or metro to Hagia Sophia and all the iconic landmarks. If you’re up for a more scenic and budget-friendly experience, I highly recommend taking the ferry from Küçüksu to Aşiyan, and then to Üsküdar. It’s a beautiful way to see the city from the water without spending much at all. Ahmet’s place offers calm, beauty, and easy access to everything —Highly recommended.

Apartament exact ca în fotografii,foarte aproape de Marele Bazar și stația de tramvai/metrou;magazine,restaurante și cafenele foarte aproape de locație. Ținând cont ca se afla la demisol, este puțin mai greu cu aerisirea camerelor dar usa de la unul dintre dormitoare este utila pentru asa ceva.Are tot ce îți trebuie pe perioada cazării la un preț rezonabil.

This was our fourth trip to Istanbul and we decided to try an Air BNB as the hotels seem to always be built next to night clubs or are over priced. We definitely made the right decision. This air bnb is large and very well located. We weren't interested in going to the historic sites this trip but it is close to them without being in the historic peninsula which is noisy and crowded. This place is very quiet especially at night, compared to other places we have stayed in Istanbul and the neighborhood is fascinating and picturesque

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

Evin konumu mükemmel, adanın huzurlu atmosferini tam anlamıyla hissettiriyor. 3+1 geniş ve ferah bir alan sunuyor, her şey tertemiz ve çok özenliydi. Ezgi hanım inanılmaz misafirperver ve iletişimi çok hızlıydı. Balkonunda kahve içmek ve ada havasını solumak büyük keyifti. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir yer! Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

A peaceful stay in a quiet neighbourhood, yet accessible to supermarkets and hip cafes and food joints, just a few minutes of walking downhill. Parking was easy with a garage seemingly for 2 cars. A flight of stairs goes to the ground floor, then another set of stairs within the house to the second floor apartment. Kitchen was fully furnished with stainless steel cooking equipment and quality Utensils. There's even coffee, tea and spices! The dining area is accompanied by a serene view of a luscious green hill, with Camlica Mosque at the top. A truly relaxing getaway from the city crowd. Although we stayed for a night, we felt rejuvenated. Thanks for the experience ☆

2,5 yaşındaki bebeğimizle evimizdeymişçesine rahat bir konaklama oldu. Ev tertemizdi ve yeterli derecede mobilya mevcuttu. Birkaç eksik dışında mutfak da kullanışlıydı (tuz, çay, şeker, kahve sunulup mevcut olanlar takip edilebilir, cezve, limonluk gibi memnuniyet verebilecek ek eşyalar sağlanabilir). Zeynep ve Yüksel Hanım çok yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Tekrar ikisine de teşekkür ederiz. Yine konaklamayı kesinlikle düşünürüm.
