Perfect place for a family looking to spend their Phuket vacation right by Kata Beach. The house's modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven and all the kitchenware you need to cook. The house has a large dining table and an open outdoor and indoor living area. This house offers a great view overlooking the valley and sea bellow. There is a dishwasher and BBQ. The beach is 1.5km away, there is a big grocery store 500m away and also many restaurants in the kata area.

Two story townhouse with one bedroom on the ground floor (5mx10m), this includes one King size bed, one sofa bed and full bathroom. On the second floor (10mx15m) there are two separate sections, one is the master bedroom (5mx15m) with sitting area, office and small deck on the back. The other section (5mx15m)is split into a kitchen, dining area and living room with a large deck on the front and a small deck on the back. Floor plans are included with the picture files.

Master bedroom has a king bed and an extra single bed. Two other bedrooms have queen beds, and there is a pullout couch, so can accommodate 8 guests for a very reasonable price. The townhouse has just finished an extensive renovation in April 2024, as well as all new furniture and beds.
