Kandos : locations de vacances

It was the perfect stay for what ended up being a rainy trip! The home was cosy and had plenty of thoughtful additions that made us feel like we could relax and enjoy the home given that we were limited from going on any outdoor hikes etc. A good collection of music and games to play indoors. (The shower and bath were also divine!) Given the rain particularly, it was a challenging driveway to come in and out of with our 2WD but we got there in the end! Overall, we would visit again!

Cathy went above and beyond for hosting us. It was a cold rainy day when we checked in. But she made sure that the place is warm. We booked Cathy’s place to celebrate our daughter’s 3rd birthday - and the first thing we found was a beautiful gift left by Cathy! It was so wholesome. The property is immaculate, modern fittings with apt vintage touches. Cathy has a sizeable DVD collection. The kitchen has everything you possibly need. The backyard is great, I need to check that out during summer in future. Unlike many hosts, Cathy is very flexible with check-in/check-out. She let us knew that we can check-in earlier (almost 2 hours before). Same for checking-out! The location of the property is very convenient, with walkable and clickworthy surroundings. I cannot recommend Cathy enough. I know for a fact that Cathy’s place is going to be my go-to pick for my future Orange exploration.

Our stay at Bulga Amaroo was exceptional. The hosts were incredibly flexible, kindly accommodating our last-minute booking after a cancellation elsewhere, which set the tone for a wonderful experience. The property is stunning, with outdoor bathtubs offering a serene spot to unwind and a cozy log burner inside creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. The welcome note added such a personal touch, and the thoughtfully prepared bath kits made the experience even more special. The fridge was impressively stocked, and the kitchen had everything we needed, making meal prep a breeze. The welcome bottle of wine was such a thoughtful gesture after a long drive. After days spent hiking in the Blue Mountains, it was pure joy to return to this peaceful retreat. Every detail has been so well considered, and we can’t wait to come back!

Rob’s place was fantastic! It had everything we needed and more. Location was excellent. Nice and quiet street but 30 min walk to centre of town. Rob was an excellent communicator and very proactive with all the details required for checkin.

Had a great few days here. The house has everything you could need and is very well maintained and cleaned. Jill and David were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely book again if we are back in the area.

We had an amazing stay. The house is absolutely beautiful and grand and furnished with intriguing period pieces that added a nice touch. It was comfortable and warm with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare our meals. Most important of all, it was very clean! It was a pleasure to stay. We are a family of 5 travelling Australia (2 adults and 3 kids) and we absolutely loved this place. The view is spectacular, the amenities are excellent, the spa was ready for us on arrival, and the washer and dryer really helped us prepare for the next legs of our trip. we loved it and would definitely recommend this place.

The house is beautifully presented and just perfect for our large family. We had a wonderful few days catching up with family in Mudgee and Gulgong, and the location was just perfect. The house is far enough away from the main road to be very peaceful, and the views were lovely.
