What a fantastic place! Right on the waters edge, serene and tranquil. Thank you for the mangoes, went down well with our long drive to the north east.

The house was very nice. The owner, Prammika, is very responsive and quick to respond.

The host was very friendly and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. Communication was easy and quick, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended

Great place. Abit pricey

The staff were so helpful and even fished my son’s football from the river for us 🙏🏼 nothing was too much. The accommodation itself is great fun. The private pool was absolutely perfect and no one overlooking it and we also used shared pool which is bigger and deeper and was so lovely. We had a bath on the balcony and watched the sunset overlooking the river. Everything was perfect

Kala Hill was a great find. It is the most amazing property in a beautiful location with stunning scenery and an amazing sun rise. The property was wonderful it definitely did not disappoint, it was well presented with everything you need and in great condition. The location was brilliant, just what we wanted, somewhere unique, private and out of the tourist areas so we could experience the real Thailand. Raya was a brilliant host. From start to finish she helped arrange transfers, excursions and food. The communication was perfect and everything ran so smoothly which was important to us as travelling as a large family of 6 people with young and older children. Raya's mom also offered to cook breakfast and dinner for us, this was some of the best and most authentic food we've ever eaten in Thailand and I'd really recommend taking advantage of the hospitality of you can. Overall, this is one of the best places we've stayed and we only wish we could have stayed longer ❤️

When I closed my eyes I still can see that magestic mountain, river, trees and heaing exotic birds sounds in that peaceful nature! We planned to stay for 2 days and extended one more day because we loved that place so much. We ordered every meals and just enjoyed all facilites. Food was delicious, they all cooked with care and love not like commerically made food. Location is not easy to access - We took a train from Kanchanaburii to Nam tok station then the host sent a taxi to Nam tok station for us to get there. It was so worthy to take all the trip from Bangkok to Kanchnaburi to Nam Tok station to stay there. Absolutely I will go there again.

Stayed two nights with my Thai dogs, Molly & Merlin. We had a wonderful time. Safe place for the dogs to play. We all enjoyed splashing in the waterfalls. We hope to return soon

I have stayed here for 4 days, as this place seemed to offer everything I needed for some quiet workation. It served its purpose very well! This cozy cabin is functional, done thoughtfully, well-equipped (with all you need for cooking). It is private with a nice garden, it's beautiful to sit there during sunrise and before sunset, listening to the sounds of nature and birds chirping. Staying at Kantavika's place was definitely one of the highlights of my visit in Kanchanaburi! Kantavika is a very responsive host, she was always there to help with any question or issue I had.

great place

Einer der schönsten Plätze, wenn man gerne in der Natur ist. Ausserordentlich hilfreiche, freundliche, sich kümmernde Mitarbeitende; man fühlt sich sehr verwöhnt und das ganz dezent. Wunderschönes Holzhaus, grandioser Blick, sehr schöne parkähnliche Anlage, still bis auf all die vielen Vogelstimmen, eine Badeinsel im/am Fluss. Trotz rascher Strömung ist eintauchen über netzte sehr gut zu machen. Sehr viel Unterstützung und Informationen zu Touren und Aktivitäten. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und wunderbar schmackhaft. Abendessen wird auf Wunsch a la Card serviert, ausgesprochen lecker. Wir hatten wunderbare Tage hier.
