Close to Volcano Village- restaurants/cafes, farmer's market, galleries, & winery. An ideal home base for exploring the east and south shores of the Big Island.

This is a thoughtfully furnished home with an open layout, on a coffee farm, just bring your food and clothes for which ever adventure you intend; leave the accommodations and ambiance to us.

We have cooler temps and a charming town, which is walkable from the cottage... yet only 10 minutes away from the beach. The best of both worlds! Our guest cottage is secluded from the main home on the property, so guests will have a very private experience during their stay.

Charming Rainforest Cottage

Surrounded by orchids and other tropical flowers, the cottage is located on two lovely landscaped acres - 30 minutes from Hilo or Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. The property is solar powered, an off-grid sustainable system with 4G phone service and fiber optic wifi. The last two miles are on unpaved gravel road in variable condition depending upon how much rain we've had lately. Four wheel drive isn't necessary but an SUV or similar vehicle with higher clearance is recommended.

Il s’agit d’un très mignon 1 BR/1 bain chalet avec vue sur la mer - la vue est fabuleuse de la véranda. Il y a un canapé lit, pouvant accueillir 2 personnes plus petits encadrés. Nous avons aussi un lit-aero (auto gonflant) si nécessaire ainsi qu’un matelas futon de sol. Parking à côté de la maison gratuit, WiFi gratuit, téléphone avec interurbains gratuits, Direct TV, laveuse/sécheuse w / savon fourni aussi bien. MW et grille-pain four dans la buanderie juste 15 pieds du chalet.

Good news, I have upgraded my WiFi to the best in our area. I know now our guest needs have changed and good WiFi is a must. We also added a covered deck with a BBQ for your convenience. Volcano Hidden Cottage is centralized location making exploring the East side of the Big Island easy. Very private, Full of Romance, Kitchen, fireplace, and lots of window overlooking rain forest.
