Welcome to Kamloops! This studio suite is decorated in a modern fashion and is close to transit, restaurants, as well as a short drive to the Trans Canada Highway. Includes laundry, high speed internet, kitchen, queen bed, smart TV on Netflix and private entrance. You may use the deck, but it is a common space and is technically not part of the rental. There is plenty of hiking, mountain biking and skiing (45 mins to Sun Peaks Resort) so come explore! Not suitable for infants and small children.

Holmwood Farm is a very green and beautiful property with great views and lots of hiking trails. It is home to a small flock of sheep, and a few cows which are rotationally grazed for regenerative agriculture. You will have access to fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer months , and free range eggs, pasture lamb, beef and chicken in season.

Close to River's walking trail, Overlander's beach and downtown Kamloops. All shopping amenities are within 3 km. **Note - This is a legal basement suite but you may still hear some noise from upstairs during your stay. We have a kitten upstairs who likes to play.
