Es war absolut perfekt. Wir hatten schon vor der Ankunft per What s app kontakt, so war es überhaupt kein Problem in die Unterkunft zu kommen. Das Haus ist ein Traum, vom Flughafen in 25 Minuten zu erreichen, die nächste Taverne ist 5 Minuten weg und sehr zu empfehlen. Alles Tip Top sauber, es wurde sogar einmal während unseres Aufenthaltes durchgewischt und neue Handtücher gabs auch. Es ist alles da was man braucht, sogar eine Grundausstattung an Lebensmittel, es wäre der erste Hunger gestillt. Es gibt absolut nichts negatives zu berichten, wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Wir haben als Paar 11 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbracht. Es war alles traumhaft und können diese Villa nur empfehlen! Die Lage ist einfach grandios: ruhig gelegen, atemberaubender Blick aufs Meer und auf die Berge und dennoch ist man in nur 3 Minuten mit dem Auto am schönen Strand von Damnoni, wo es auch tolle Tavernen gibt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zahlreiche in Plakias, ebenso nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Wir haben jeden Tag genossen. Sei es am Pool (ein absolutes Highlight), auf der großartigen Terasse mit vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, am Strand oder bei einem Tagesausflug. Von den Gästen in den angrenzenden Villen haben wir nicht viel mitbekommen, da sie etwas auf Abstand gebaut sind und Sichtschutz vorhanden ist. Wir haben uns nie in unserer Privatsphäre gestört gefühlt. Manos ist ein wunderbarter Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich und sympathisch, zurückhaltend und immer da, wenn man ihn braucht. Ein traumhafter Urlaub an diesem wunderbaren Ort! DANKE!

Absolutely amazing place. The view is breathtaking, you can’t get enough of it and there are two large terraces to enjoy it from. The swimming pool is a nice touch too, small but the same time big enough to cool down and sunbathe next to it if you don’t feel like going to the beach. Super easy and friendly interactions with Manos and the rest of the team. Warm welcome and attention all the way through the stay. There were a lot of little, but important details that we really appreciated, such as: bottled water, some juices and fruits that were waiting for us in the fridge, as well as some local snacks and olive oil. On my birthday, a lovely greeting card and a bottle of Ouzo appeared in our villa which was also an unexpected but an excellent gesture. Everyone was really friendly and we felt truly welcomed. Many thanks to all! Although it’s only 3.5 km away from The center of Plakias, I’d definitely recommend hiring a car, as the villa is up on the hill, hence the stunning view.

The residence is lovely and very well kept. It had the best WiFi, if that is important, of anywhere we stayed in Crete. We found the town charming. You are in easily walkable distance of nice restaurants, tavernas, and the beach. There are numerous hikes and beaches within easy 7-20 minute drives. These were extremely happy with our hosts. They were so responsive and generous in offering advice. It is situated in a residential area, so you do have neighbors and residential views.

We had a great stay at Villa Solaris. The outdoor area was fantastic, including a heated pool and BBQ with several outside seating areas. There were also lovely views of the nearby mountains towards Lake Kournas. The villa was well stocked with fruit, veg and other basic ingredients on arrival, which was very welcome. Our hosts - Giannis and Stelios - were very responsive and hospitable. They greeted us on arrival and throughout our stay, and even left us with some raki and olive oil at the end. We would recommend having a car for easy access to Chania and Rethmyno, as there are not a lot of nice tavernas / shops within walking distance. However, there is a relatively well stocked supermarket approx. 10 min walk away.

Atemberaubende Aussicht! Das Haus ist nagelneu, es entspricht genau den abgebildeten Bildern. Der Pool ist sehr groß & tagsüber gibt es einen perfekten Mix aus sonnigen und schattigen Plätzen. In der Nähe gibt es viele kleine Tavernen, man musste nie weit fahren. Ganz klare Empfehlung für diese Villa, sie ist perfekt & wir würden jederzeit liebend gerne wiederkommen!

We, a family of 2 adults and to kids (age 7 and 9) spent a week in this beautiful villla and we had a wonderful holiday. The spacious, tastefully decorated villa had all the amenities for a relaxing stay. The outdoor space was a highlight, featuring a large terrace, sun loungers, a private pool, and a barbecue area, perfect for enjoying the sun, swimming and dining. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, responding quickly. They were also flexible with regards to arrival and departure, which we truly appreciated.

The house has been fully redecorated to a high modern day standard. It's spacious and very private, also thanks to the walled inner garden with swimming pool, and possibilities to park two cars behind an electronically operated gate. The house is clean and the beds very comfortable. Also ideal when traveling with two couples of which one has children, because one bedroom has a separate front door that is accessible from the garden (under the roof top terrace). A very nice local restaurant and a supermarket are within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here!

A Slice of Paradise – Five Stars All Around! We had the most incredible time staying at this large and stunning villa in the Loutraki/Chania area. The property is nothing short of breathtaking, with lush, beautifully maintained gardens and crystal-clear water right at your doorstep. The direct beach access was a dream—so easy and convenient—and we spent countless hours floating in the calm sea and enjoying the serene, quiet atmosphere. The views from every direction were spectacular, making it hard to leave the villa! The villa itself is exquisite, with a spacious, well-designed area for cooking and relaxing. It’s the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Demetrios, our host, went above and beyond, offering incredible hospitality and even surprising me with a birthday cake, which made our stay all the more special. If you’re looking for a tranquil, beautiful retreat this is the place!

We had a very nice stay at this place. The host and his caretaker was very helpful from the day we came to we left. The Strandvilla was very nice. What you se at the pictures is what you get. The house and the garden/pool area was very nice and clean. The house and the pool was cleaned several time during our stay. The kitchen has all you need to make dinner etc. We were 2 adults and 6 young peoples, the neighbor on the one side was familys whith small kids and the other neighbour was a group of adult ladies, so this villas fits for everyone. Close by (70 meters) you find a lokal taverna with very good food, very nice host and good service. The beach is 100 meter from the house and it is perfeckt for small children because of the calm sea. You can take the bus to Chania, it goes 4 times during the day, but i recommend to hire a car so you can experiens the whole island (different beaches, small villages and to get to the mini marked). Wir waren acht Frauen, die eine Woche in der Villa Rodea verbracht haben. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, der Ausblick ist wundervoll und wir hatten eine unkomplizierte Betreuung durch das Komos-Team. Wir kommen wieder.

Perfect stay! Host: John was amazing gave us lots of recommendations and made check in and out easy Location: The location is great just 15/20 min drive from Heraklion airport and town. There is a local beach and restaurants that are walkable from the villa which are lovely but if you want to get the most of out of your stay I highly recommend getting a car. The Villa: Honestly the villa was even nicer than the pictures you will not be disappointed! Beds super comfortable aircon amazing! You will feel so well rested. Sitting on the balcony outside the bedroom drinking a coffee in the morning with sea view was absolutely bliss!! The villa had everything you could possibly need. Travel tip: This might be different at different times of year (we stayed in Sept) but outside there are a lot of mosquitoes, John does provide bug repellent but if you are particularly prone definitely bring an extra .

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and private villa with a truly spectacular ocean view. The perfect setup for our extended family (6 adults and 2 small children), offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The bedrooms were comfortable with en suite bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook at home. The kids especially loved the pool and all the toys available. We enjoyed local meals at Maxis Yard (a charming spot in the nearby village with pottery and homemade food) and Fisalida, which has a stunning ocean view. Both within walking distance. Grocery shopping was easy with both Lidl and the village shops close by. Our host went above and beyond—meeting us for check-in during Easter holiday and even doing grocery shopping for us beforehand as everything was closed. He surprised us with homemade dinner of delicious moussaka and Greek salad, which made us feel so welcomed. We left feeling relaxed and very tempted to return one day.

Tout simplement le plus beau Air Bnb que je n’ai jamais fait ! Un villa d’architecte, des espaces immenses et somptueux, une décoration extrêmement travaillée, des vues à couper le souffle, tout simplement luxueux au possible. Evi est été parfaite , huile d’olive locale, miel et marmelade homemade en cadeau de bienvenue. Mention spéciale pour le jacuzzi et le home cinéma. Un séjour hors du temps. Le prix est effectivement très élevé mais la prestation est d’un standing sans équivalent !

Our family of 5 had really enjoyed staying at this location. While being quite remote (30min to closest village), it was very tranquil and peaceful. Nothing beats the quiet sunrises that were interrupted only by an occasional bird, goat or sometimes wind. Villa and everything in there was as noted in the listing. Hosts left a couple of surprises as well to make us feel at home. Drive in and out, while could be found a bit challenging by some, was totally fine. While hosts recommend an SUV, it could be done in pretty much any car, as we saw. Communication was excellent though out our booking and stay. We would definitely recommend Maximos and his team to anyone looking for a quiet retreat and who does not mind driving around. If you are looking for a party place, stay on the northern coast 😀

We really enjoyed our stay in Thomais´resort. Thomais did everything to make us feel welcome and welcomed us with homemade cooking and wine. Located on the mountain top the distance to shopping and restaurants is several kilometers, but excellent taxi service solved this so we dropped our plans to rent a car.

Wonderful villa in great location for family Holliday. Facilities were great and as described. The garden is beautiful and adds to the feeling of the outside space. Good shade and sun spots in the garden at all times of day. We had a lovely time exploring the local area as well as going further afield to explore Create to the full. Lots of lovely walks possible from the villa and the local beaches perfect for low key family beach safe for kids. The bedrooms were all lovely especially the master beadroom with beautiful balcony. Host was fantastic at communication and helped us with any questions we had responding promptly and efficiently to any difficulties. Would highly recommend.

The villa is a most beautiful place for a relaxed family vacation. Quiet, spacious and with all the amenities for a relaxed stay. The next town is nearby, only a few minutes away by car. The local support is excellent, very friendly, very responsive and alert. All in all, a very recommendable place.

The house is simply gorgeous. Our family had a wonderful Christmas holiday here. The host was very generous with items in the refrigerator and a well stocked kitchen. Lots of recommendations of places to eat in the area. Michael met us in the driveway upon arrival and showed us everything in the house, that was very kind. Especially loved access to the washer and dryer because we were traveling with kids. It was too cold to use the pool, but if you are here when it is warm, it would be such delight.

I can’t thank Antonio, Yiannis & the Sueno team for such a great stay. Nothing was too much to ask and they were all available to help throughout my short stay. The villa is stunning with lots of lovely touches such as robe, slippers, shampoo & conditioner and even a welcome hamper! Thanks again for a wonderful stay and for being amazing hosts.

This is probably the villa with the best view we ever stayed in. Snowy mountains, beautiful valleys, islands and the Mediterranean Sea. Great heated pool and very spacious garden with views and seating everywhere. The villa was very clean and comfortable. Hope to be back one day.

Trotz anfänglicher technischer Probleme mit dem Haus verdient es definitiv die 5 Sterne. Da das Badezimmer recht klein ist, ist dieses Haus ideal für kleine Familien mit Max 2 Kindern oder einzelne Paare. Wenn man es abgeschieden und sehr ruhig mag, ist man hier genau richtig. Das Grundstück mit großem Pool ist sehr schön angerichtet und gepflegt. Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer also einen ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub verleben möchte den können wir das Haus super empfehlen. Ein Auto ist muss, da Strände und Städte in 15–20 min erreicht werden können. Wir hatten ein schöne Zeit.
