Have just spent our 2nd stay here. For us, the garden is why we returned, which is kept very tidy by Velu. So peaceful to relax in during the day, with plenty of varied wildlife to entertain you during the day, especially the chipmunks. Our bedroom was comfortable, bed linen clean, a/c & ceiling fan kept it cool. Bathroom/ shower room ample size and more than satisfactory. Kitchen had everything as described, which includes the washing machine. We spent 99% of our time outside either in the garden or under the spacious veranda. No issue with WiFi. Keels supermarket 4 min walk away which has everything you might need. Good local food outlets, and we have tried them all in the past 2 years with no problems. Best find was Crepe Runner which is well worth the 10min stroll. Felt safe and secure with Velu on hand for anything you might need, together with Chaminder who will pop round at least twice a day, to check that everything is fine. Would have no hesitation staying again.

It was one of the most wonderful vacation trips. We had a vacation with my husband and two children aged 11 and 16. The owner of the Dharshana house is a magnificent man. He was always in touch and answered all questions. The house is located almost on the shore of the Indian Ocean in 1 min walk. All the amenities were available. All necessary household appliances are present in the house. Especially the washing machine helped us out, as children often dirty things and they could be quickly refreshed. Dharshana and his wife were very kind and welcoming. In addition, they organized a trip for my family to the elephant nursery and the nine-arch bridge, we visited the highest waterfall and got acquainted with monkeys. The children were delighted. Our family has become friends with Dharshana and his wife and we continue to communicate. We are glad that we have friends in Sri Lanka and we will definitely come back to them again.

Wir durften jetzt zum 3. Mal diese wunderschöne Villa geniessen. Dazu gehört die ausgezeichnete Küche. Der Koch, Nileme, erfüllte all unsere Wünsche und hat selber tolle Vorschläge gemacht und umgesetzt. Er übertrifft die Küchen der grossen Häuser vor Ort bei Weitem. Lucky und akmal waren die guten Geister im Hause und erfüllten all unsere Wünsche. Dank dem Gärtner war die Anlage zu jeder Zeit eine Augenweide. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

My girlfriend and me spent lovely 2 weeks in this house. The house itself is really great, with fantastic design, high ceilings with fans in all rooms, exactly as in the pictures. The beach is few minutes walk from the house. Christina helped organize the airport transfer as well, we were welcomed by Shani, Christina's brother, which lives in the house next door. Shani gave us really helpful advices regarding where to go, where to eat, etc. His wife even prepared traditional lunch for us one day. The village and location is perfect to really feel authentic local experience and that's what we exactly wanted. Cheers!

After a long trip we arrived at this paradise. The house is spotless clean and huge! We could take a dive in the swimmingpool straith away and Gamini (Who is very nice and super helpfull) cooked us a delicious diner. The next morning we found the next surprise, the beautifull beach only meters away. We feit very Lucky that we foundation this beautiful spot. Thanks Yohann and Gamini!

Our group had an absolutely perfect stay at Kinkini Bandaragama! The expansive garden area was a huge hit with our group of eight people. We were able to set up for our morning yoga sessions easily and had plenty of room for games in the afternoon. Inside, the living room easily accommodated our entire group. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for everyone. The quiet and secluded location made it perfect for our meditation retreat; the peaceful surroundings really enhanced our practice. The house is conveniently located just a short ten-minute drive from Pearl Bay Water Park. We also enjoyed a peaceful boat ride on the serene Bolgoda Lake, just a short drive away. There's also a large supermarket just 10 minutes away, making it easy to stock up on supplies. The host, Tamara, was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly and providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants. We highly recommend Kinkini Bandaragama

Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt! Sowohl der Besitzer als auch unser persönlicher Assistent (fährt euch kostenlos mit einem Tuk Tuk von A nach B, im Umkreis von circa 3 km) die Zimmer, das Bad, der Zugang, direkt zum Meer, einfach traumhaft! Direkt neben an befindet sich ein Hotel mit Restaurant, wo man ebenfalls lecker essen kann. Absolute Empfehlung von uns! Die Kommunikation war auch perfekt!

Wir wurden von der herzlichsten Familie überhaupt empfangen und waren einfach nur begeistert. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und sauber. Zum Entspannen genau das Richtige, wie eine Oase durch den schönen Garten um das Haus. Die gastfreundliche, nette und interessante Familie hat den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderem gemacht. Das Essen war köstlich und der Service und die Empfehlungen für die Umgebung unschlagbar. Der Strand ist quasi direkt vor der Tür und einer der schönsten, welche wir auf unserer Reise gesehen haben. Wir kommen wieder ;)
