"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Restaurants zu Fuß in 10 Min. oder in 2 Automin. erreichbar. BERGBAHNEN Werfenweng 2 km, OBERTAUERN 49 km, Ski AMADE und Therme AMADE 25 km. Viele Ausflugsziele sind in der Nähe. Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

Appartamento mansardato quasi interamente rivestito di legno antico e arredato in modo tradizionale, dotato di zona giorno con ampio divano letto e smart tv, tavolo da pranzo, cucina attrezzata con tutti i principali elettrodomestici compresi forno e lavastoviglie. l punti di forza dell’appartamento sono lo spazioso balcone rivolto a est con vista su Santa Maddalena, per godersi il sole del mattino davanti a una bella colazione, e la nuovissima sauna privata in legno di cirmolo.

Apartment Lilly Lienz

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter.
