Tasokas, erittäin siisti ja hyvin varusteltu keloparitalo Levikeskuksen läheisyydessä Rakkavaarassa. Keskustaan on matkaa alle 2 kilometriä. Skibussi kulkee vierestä ja ladut lähtevät läheltä. Alakerrassa on keittiö, olohuone, takka, makuuhuone, kylpyhuone, sauna, wc ja tilava eteinen. Eteisessä on myös kuivauskaappi ja pesukone. Yläkerrassa 2 makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa on parisänky.
