This quiet and discreet property lies on a single private large land plot of 2.300 m2, situated in the prestigious “Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Teaching Staff’s Summer Resort” (in Greek «Οικισμός Καθηγητών Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης»), in Vourvourou (Sithonia Peninsula), Halkidiki. Distance from Thessaloniki downtown is 120 km (appx. 90΄ drive). It has undergone complete refurbishment and renovation in 2022. Also available for season or yearlong renting upon request.

Lovely summer house at Kalamitsi beach, the best summer destination! In the apartment there is a bedroom with a big double bed, a living room with a corner sofa that becomes a double bed. The apartment is fully equipped with furniture and kitchen equipment. It's located in an excellent area, only 100m from one beach (in Thalatta camp) and 400m from Kalamitsi beach, which is ideal for families and couples for a peaceful stay.
