die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet und genau das richtige für uns zwei reisende wir waren etwas günstiger unterwegs und für den preis hat es uns an nichts gefehlt außer vielleicht das Wlan. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und einfach genau so wie das auschecken dort gab es keine Probleme

“…the dream home away from home”. We are already planning our second visit with Ilse already before we even left. I can’t tell if its: the friendly host who allowed us to check early or The spacious homey room or The comfortable bed or The perfect bathroom or The fact that Ilse has thought of everything and you can just come and stay here as if it’s your own home away from home. It was the most relaxing, comfortable, quiet and feel-likes-home weekend that we ever had. Can’t wait to go again. Thank you Ilse. Thank you.

Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt zwischen Swakop und Wahlfishbay, perfekt um an beiden Orten Dinge zu Unternehmen. einfach erreichbar und gut zu finden. Der Schlüssel war nicht wie angegeben in einer Schlüsselbox zu finden, aber Zeit ungebunden abzuholen, direkt auf dem Weg. Also keine Umstände. Sauberes Apartment mit Privatem, sicherem Parkplatz. Danke !

This was our second time at the accommodation and it was even better than the first time. The bedding was new and clean. It is a lovely walk away from the beach. The place surpasses the description. It is practically our home away from home now…

My family and I enjoyed our stay.. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. Right across the beach , it’s walkable so we spend a lot of time there. It is quite central and close to a lot of restaurants and attractions,so we didn’t have to travel far for most activities. The host’s accommodated our family with a cot for our baby which was helpful. Thank you for hosting us. We had a lovely stay.

Great place for our family. Location was spot on. ocean views were perfect, house was clean and the walk through when we got there was very warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend staying here if you have children and like to walk to the local restaurants or across the road to thw beach. We had a great stay!

Clean and quiet place , walkable distance to the mall. Enough utensils. Helpfull host.

Carla’s place was stunning. Super clean and as described. Definitely plan in sundowners on the terrace with fresh oysters from fishy corner! We will be back and thanks so much, Carla!

Absolutely loved our stay. We were a big group and this house was perfect for what we needed.

Kaupu was so helpful, even before we checked in. Her home was spotless and so comfortable. The most comfortable bed I've slept in, other than my own!! A stunning view of the lagoon, right on the esplanade and within walking distance of the raft restaurant. Such lovely little touches all over the home, that we felt quite at home. We will look Kaupu up every time we need a stay in Walvis Bay!

Our stay was an absolute bliss.We enjoyed every moment wish we could have stayed longer.view,house everything was perfect.

Very relaxing staying! A lot of space and very convenient solution for a family with 2 small children, because the rooms are connected through the bathroom. Very comfortable kitchen and living room and dining table. Very good for a family reunion. Also the Braai. The sound of the ocean is very close and makes sleep. Great!

My wife, daughter and I spent last night at Casa Bena. The house is very roomy and comfortable. Breakfast consisting of eggs, cheese, yogurt and bread was provided for the first night. Antony is a great host. He was extremely responsive to all of my messages and very helpful. We would definitely stay at Casa Bena if we return to Maun.

Kirsten, was a great host! Check-in was simple and the house was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. There was a washer and dryer in the unit, and best of all, the property had an amazing view of the Ocean! This was a great find and a no-brainer if you are looking for a nice place to stay when visiting Swakop and Walvis Bay.
