Very nice and spacious, especially for kids. Walking distance from town and sea view.

We have stayed in quite a few units in the area and can make a good comparison. The view is the best we have ever had. Breathtaking view from the bedroom to the living room and dining room. The beach is literally on your back porch. I can certainly recommend the Airbnb home.

Sehr nette Besitzer, wohnen gleich daneben, super einfache und schnelle Kommunikation, extrem freundlich, wir konnten sogar die Waschmaschine benutzen. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen und würde sofort wiederkommen.

We visited Swakop with our parents and their little sausage dog. The house is ideally located in a quiet street, yet close to everything you need. The communal space was great to spend time together. The rooms are large and each with ensuite, gave everyone privacy too. The house is well equipped. Great bbq area. Secure parking garages. We wanted for nothing. Fenya was always very quick to respond to any messages. Thank you. We very much enjoyed our stay. We can highly recommend this wonderful holiday home.

Lovely place and better than in pictures, Esmerelda is very responsive… even recommended a restaurant where we can have beautiful birthday dinner. I will come back again and will recommend it any day🙏🏽

Wir hatten als Freundeskreis eine Wohnung gesucht, wo jeder ein eigenes Zimmer hatte und wir trotzdem einen großen gemeinsamen Aufenthaltsraum hatten - genau das bietet diese Wohnung. Außerdem eine wunderbare Aussicht direkt auf den Strand und das Meer! die Altstadt ist fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar und die Straßen dort sind unter guter Bewachung. Wenn die Wohnung nächstes mal wieder frei ist und wir in großer Gruppe unterwegs sind, würden wir ohne zu zögern dort wieder Ferien machen!

All around great 4 days. Great amenities, right on the ocean, quite development, and very comfortable beds. Wifi was solid and it was a fantastic place to stay.

Charle's place is beautiful beyond imagination. This house is big with lots of space for kids to move around. The host is a darling, who kept on checking if we were enjoing the place. The house is super clean . You have to experience the ocean's views to understand the beauty of this house. I will definitely come back.

It was an amazing place to stay at. Travelled with the family and we all enjoyed our stay. The place is close to the beach and one could easily take a walk and it’s also a short drive away from the mall. A quiet and safe neighborhood and checking in one was super easy.

Absolutely stunning stay! The place is luxurious, spacious, and beautifully modern—every detail feels thoughtfully designed. The views are truly unbeatable, with breathtaking sea views during the day and the most incredible sunsets in the evening. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Have in fact booked our next stay already!

This penthouse apartment was amazing. We stayed 3 nights. It reminded off a hotel. The 3 bedrooms were large and with ther own toilets and showers. The view was incredibly and the standard was very high with cleaning every day and nice and polite staff at the reception. There was plenty off space to be private and social at the same time.if travelling in groups or with more familymembers together. The distance to Swarkopmund and Velvis Bay was no problem when having a car. We enjoyed to stay in a calm not crowded area. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

My friends and me had a fantastic time at this beautiful place. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. The place is really huge. There are actually 5 bedrooms, while i think the decription said 4. The place was very clean and tidy and the communication with everyone in the team was excellent. When the power and warm water went out, the team immediately send someone to fix it. We would definitely come again, we felt very much home here.

Kaupu was so helpful, even before we checked in. Her home was spotless and so comfortable. The most comfortable bed I've slept in, other than my own!! A stunning view of the lagoon, right on the esplanade and within walking distance of the raft restaurant. Such lovely little touches all over the home, that we felt quite at home. We will look Kaupu up every time we need a stay in Walvis Bay!

We loved our stay at the cottage - it had everything we needed and was super clean. The location was very convenient and we enjoyed walking from there to lots of great stores and restaurants. We felt very secure here which is important when visiting from abroad. Simone gave excellent directions and was most helpful with local info and answering our questions! This is an excellent choice for your stay in Swakopmund!

Tolle Lage um der Strand und das Meer zu genießen. Man hat Meerblick von fast aller Räume , es ist wunderschön. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir haben es genossen. Wir Empfehlen dieser Unterkunft gerne weiter und wir freuen uns auf nächstes Mal! 🥰

Wir waren vier Wochen bei Eike zu Gast und haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wirklich geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Eike und die Leute von Perfect Stay haben uns jederzeit freundlich und prompt bei Rückfragen und kleinen Problemen unterstützt. Dass es bei der zentralen Lage nicht so still ist, wie auf einer Farm, war zu erwarten. Es ist keineswegs laut, aber natürlich hört man gelegentlich Geräusche von den Nachbargrundstücken und der Strasse. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Eike buchen.

Eugene’s place is perfect for exploring Swakopmund. It is two blocks from the ocean with a cafe nearby, grocery store and the main part of town all walkable. The apartment is good-sized with two bedrooms, large kitchen with all the amenities you could want and living room. Very comfortable and secure. Eugene was so easy to communicate with and gave lots of good advice on things to do and places to eat. There are several hotels nearby that are comparable or cheaper in price but we liked the big living space and the washer / dryer to do laundry. Perfect when you have been on the road for awhile!

A beautiful beach front property in a quiet neighborhood

Caren's place is beautiful and so peaceful. Enjoyed the fresh linens. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Highly recommended!
