The property was beautifully furnished, exuding warmth and comfort, and its immaculate cleanliness made it feel like a true home away from home. Although we didn’t spend much time inside, every facility we needed was thoughtfully provided, making our stay seamless and stress-free. But what truly set this experience apart was our incredible host. A genuinely lovely lady, she was attentive, accommodating, and ensured every detail was perfect. Her communication was fantastic, making everything effortless. And the cherry on top? A tin of chocolates awaiting us on arrival—a small but deeply meaningful gesture that showed how much she cares about her guests. This is more than just a place to stay; it’s an experience crafted with care and kindness. If you're looking for a warm, hassle-free getaway with an exceptional host, this is the one. Amazing place to stay. Short walk to beach/ town. Quiet location. Nice comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Very clean. Decking with seating at the back is in the sun from morning to evening and is secluded. Absolutely 5 Stars and over.

Rebecca’s apartment was very cozy and very clean which was what we were hoping for with our short stay in Bournemouth. Rebecca very kindly left us a breakfast package which was lovely and she also provided everything you needed e.g dish washer tablets, anti bac, coffee, sugar, shampoo conditioner and body wash. It literally had everything you needed. The smart tv in the bedroom was a good size which was great for evenings. If we visit Bournemouth again we will definitely choose here. Thank you Rebecca!

Spacious three bedroom 2nd floor appartment. Lift located next to appartment front door. One parking space which can be seen from living room window. Lots of extras in appartment- eg shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet roll, hand soap etc which was a great addition. Further free parking around the corner on Derby Road. 10 min walk to Boscombe beach. Would thoroughly recommend and look forward to a return trip

Jackies place is outstanding, shes thought of everything. We took my mum whos 92 with mobility issues it was perfect for her. Could easily get wheelchair through the house. Parking, a huge bonus and patio area. Easy level walk to town 10 mins and to seafront in minutes. We will be rebooking. Scones/cream milk on arrival thank you Jackie.

Had a great stay for the second time. Great place. Had an issue with the fridge but Miles was straight there with a replacement. Nothing was too much trouble.

Lovely peaceful location with coastal walks straight from the door. Fun watching and listening to the steam railway as it past every so often. The accommodation was great and the kitchen facilities excellent for doing your own cooking.

We arrived slightly earlier than we had expected, but were shown in and welcomed. The place is very private and because of its elevation looks out across Brixham where the colourful houses on the other side of the harbour are a constant reminder that you are on holiday. The town is very easy to access if you can manage many steps, and within 5 mins you are at the harbour with its working fishing boats, tour boats and children crabbing alongside the marina. Good quality restaurants, including many fish and chips shops are all within a short walking distance, as well as specialist fish restaurants and a superb tapas bar. If you want to get away from the crowds the SW Coastal Path goes through Brixham from which the wildlife and views are spectacular. We had a very enjoyable weekend in a peaceful but convenient spot that was very clean, and welcoming, and Moira generously left us treats to help us have a good time

The apartment is lovely and in the most perfect location, right on the harbour. There are loads of places to eat right on your doorstep. Can also walk to beach and shops easily. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again next time in Weymouth.

Lovely apartment in the heart of West Bay close to the harbour and beaches. It was just what we wanted and spotlessly clean. Bed really comfortable. We have 2 small cocker spaniels and it was great that Chris could accommodate them too. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

We had such an amazing get away, it was so relaxing and felt like home. Paul was super helpful, made us feel comfortable and gave a great recommendation for food. Close enough to get to the Beach and town but far enough to enjoy the quiet and relax!

The place was lovely and everything we needed for our weekend away. The town was in walking distance which worked perfectly for us when we wanted to have a drink and the room itself was clean, tidy, spacious and just ideal for what we needed. We both had a lovely stay here and highly recommend it to anyone who is hoping to go to Salcombe.

Delightful recent stay at Shawn’s lovely little flat. Only time for 3 nights but we hope we can come back for longer. Lovely comfortable bed and bed linen, and just the right amount of furniture. I booked Leigh's place at very short notice and Leigh was able to get the place ready for us quickly. Alma Court was very clean, warm and comfortable and close to shops. We did a lot of walking and it was a convenient place to get back to as there are regular buses a couple of minutes walk away. We had a nice meal in The Red Lion too. Thank you Leigh.

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Overnight stop in Cardiff for an event, this flat was ideal. Quiet location so no noise to disrupt sleep. Tony couldn’t have been more helpful. Would happily stay there again in the future

We really enjoyed our stay at Thurlstone. The apartment was ideally located on the beach making it easy for easy beach fun for the kids. They went rockpooling, swimming and made sandcastles every day. We enjoyed the views of the sunset while having dinner and drinks on the balcony. The flat was bright and spacious. We felt safe and had a comfortable stay with everything that a family of five would need. Our host was responsive, accommodating and friendly. We would stay again in a heartbeat :)

Accessing the caravan was super easy, parking is right next to the caravan so made unpacking breezy. Caravan was lovely and clean including the pull out bed with fresh clean bedding, was great having the little essentials such as washing up liquid and hand soap. We only had a short stay but the amenities on site were great everything you need is there. The caravan itself is a stones throw away from the main building. All as described would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thankyou for our stay! Fab hosts!

We had a lovely stay at Tracy’s..There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, biscuits etc. in the kitchen. There were plenty of games to keep our little one occupied ! We enjoyed our time in the park opposite the apartment complex..

This was our second stay in this appartment, the location is unbeatable for beach lovers and it is super comfortable for 5 adults.

Thank you Gayatri & Peter! What an amazing place! The apartment was very comfortable, spotlessly clean throughout and equipped with everything we needed. Complimentary coffee pods, tea and milk on arrival were much appreciated. Gayatri was very informative and responsive to messages. We made very good use of the heated swimming pool, hot tub and sauna and enjoyed complete privacy the entire time. The location is superb, very quiet but not too far from the supermarkets. We enjoyed days out to the nearby Wookey Hole, Cheddar Gorge and Wells during our short stay. Our only regret is that we didn't book for longer! We're already planning a return trip. Highly recommended!
