Studio apartment for two persons is in a house with several apartments, on the ground floor with separate entrance. It is a quite small studio (20 m2) but has all necessary for two people on vacation. There is a table with two chairs outside. The house is situated 300 m from the city center and 400 m from the beach, it takes 10 minutes walk. There is a lot of free parking space near the house. The owner lives in the same house. Included in the price: parking, final cleaning, wi-fi, tourist tax.

Everything is around you on a walking distance: beaches, grocery shops, coffee bars, restaurants and our private parking place too (80 m away). It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The apartment is 37 m2, and consists of a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a bedroom (with a double bed) connected to a living room, and a bathroom with a shower. It has a 16 m2 terrace overlooking the town and the sea. Internet, SAT TV , and air-conditioning are provided.

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a balcony with a beautiful view of the hills, nature and the sea. There is a sofa in the living room. There is also a separate bed for 1 person. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower cabin. Guests can use the barbecue located in the garden.

The house is located just above the Baška harbour, with a small beach just 100 metres away and a 10 minute walk to the old town on one side and naturist camp Bunculuka on the other. There are restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walking distance from the house. This is a small, but lovely studio on the ground floor. It has a garden terrace and is perfect for couples.
