It has an excellent location, as you will be only 5 minutes away from the center, the train station and a large supermarket, so you do not have to go too far to enjoy all the places of interest. Das helle, großzügige, sehr modern ausgestattete und stilvoll eingerichtete Apartment (ca. 95 m²) mit 2 Balkonen liegt sehr zentral direkt an der Uferpromenade von Friedrichshafen und ganz in der Nähe von Bahnhof, Restaurants, Biergärten, Bäcker, Supermärkten, Hafen und der Fußgängerzone. Man ist in ca. 1 Minute zu Fuß am Bodenseeufer und am Beach Club. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils nur ca. 4 km. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist im Preis inbegriffen. Schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden.

Es erwartet Sie ein kleines Apartment mit Doppelbett, privatem Bad, Küchenzeile und Terrasse, Parkplatz uns W-Lan in ruhiger Lage und unmittelbarer Nähe zur Natur und zahlreichen Wanderwegen, nicht nur zum Hauchenberg. Bitte bedenken Sie, dass Börlas ein kleines Dorf in landwirtschaftlicher Umgebung mit Hühnern, Kühen, Pferden, Pfau, Katzen und Hunden ist. Außerdem gibt es einen Hund im Haus.

Cute Studio Apartment for 2 with Sauna

Cute little studio apartment close to the water and beautiful promenade of Friedrichshafen. No matter if you are visiting for business or private reasons, this location is perfect for your stay. The Spa area in the basement is shared with the the other apartments in the house and includes a small sauna, open shower and little relaxing area.

Small Apartment - Lindau Bodensee

Petit studio confortable avec balcon donnant sur le jardin et le lac, salon et chambre à coucher combinés, kitchenette bien équipée et salle de bains avec baignoire. Très bien situé à Lindau, Bad Schachen, tout près du lac de Constance. Parfait pour deux personnes.
