Me and my team stayed here while working on a project in Grants Pass. Ian has gone above and beyond to create a space that has all the comforts of home and then some. Will definitely stay there again

This is a gem of a house and so relaxing… every little detail is well thought out and the kitchen is well stocked with spices, coffee, oils, etc. I remember when Airbnb started and this was what the houses used to be like. Anymore they are too sterile with no amenities but not this one, it’s like the good old days to stay here… 10AM check out will always get me thinking twice before booking but this place is very clean and so pretty.

Darline’s house is beautiful! We came for fishing but our fishing trip was canceled so we just ended up hanging out around Grants Pass and at this wonderful house. It is well stocked and Darline has thought of everything. There’s extra towels, even sanitized swim wear incase you forgot some for the hot tub or the pool! We were so pleased with our stay!

Kirk and I communicated a number of times for clarifications as needed. We hosted a large family Thanksgiving dinner and wanted to make sure we had all that we needed. It was spectacular. We had our two young grandkids and the box of kids toys and outdoor toys was wonderful. The gazebo with Fireplace and the gas firepit on the deck were wonderful places to gather during the late Fall coolness. The home was spectacular for our 8 adults, 2 kids and 1 dog. . . Could not have asked for a better stay.

The home was very comfortable and clean. The view and the yard were gorgeous! The beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed while there and lots more amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Kelle’s spacious and comfortable home is the perfect place for a family reunion. Over the holiday weekend four generations gathered to celebrate, laugh and play. We enjoyed the great kitchen, the cozy couches, the snug beds and the huge picturesque yard!

I have never stayed at such a well stocked Airbnb. They thought of everything. Such a charming place. Beds were so comfortable. Can not wait to book again

I can’t say enough nice things about our host both her and her husband were extremely kind and flexible. I will say I don’t think the pictures actually do this little place justice. I haven’t stayed at too many Airbnb where the owners are right next-door but honestly, I never even felt like they were there. It was such a comfortable spot to be! the front porch was everyone’s favorite. We sat outside with morning, coffee and even in the afternoon with a glass of wine and snacks, very peaceful place to stay private backyard and the cutest upstairs balcony. This place might not be as modern as some other Airbnb’s that I’ve stayed at, but it was one of the most comfortable and relaxing. Our family had the best time. The loft area served well for our teenage kids. I would totally stay here again and so would our entire family five stars all the way.

Amazing host and amazing property! It felt like I was in my own home, very clean and super aesthetically pleasing! Isaac was an amazing host very responsive with all my questions!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this house. It had everything that somebody would need at their own home from q-tips to cotton balls. It was incredibly clean and I was very very impressed

From the moment we booked till the moment we checked out, John and the house have been exceptional. He was very flexible as my dad was in hospital and we were staying there for a week and didn’t know when we needed to leave. He worked with our schedule. The house is beautiful, uncomfortable appreciate the host immensely

Very clean and roomy, and nice location close to town. We didn't use all the amenities such as washer and dryer, but it's nice to have the option. The coffee maker they have is fantastic and we loved the popcorn machine. In fact I think I'm going to have to get one for my own home! We enjoyed our stay and would come back again when visiting.

We had an excellent stay! The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The space was thoughtfully designed, with plenty of amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. The entire place had a welcoming vibe! The location was convenient and peaceful, perfect for relaxing or exploring the area. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive and helpful throughout. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!

The river house was the perfect accommodation for our group of 6 adults. We enjoyed exploring the property, spent time on the patio, and enjoyed going up to the lodge for cookies and s'mores in the evening. The host were incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive to messages. We would definitely return for another stay at the river house or cabin in the future.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb and would stay again if the opportunity ever came up. It is in a beautiful location and really not that far from Grants Pass. The air conditioning was a godsend...it was a 103! The home was clean and inviting and as a family group visiting, it was a perfect place to accommodate all of us. It's quite large! Brittany was very communicative and helpful with the questions we asked. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay here. This idilic antique home is nested into the beautiful countryside. You would never even notice that there were neighbors because of all the beautiful trees and foliage. We loved the quirky house with a unique lay out and lots of extra space. Great shabby chic decore throughout. Kris thought of every detail from a well stocked kitchen, to lots of cool toys for our little ones to play with, and tons of soft, clean, nice smelling linens and towels. Perfect family getaway as we were close enough to town for shops and activities but also far enough away to feel like we escaped the city. We loved our stay, would recommend and will definitely be back again.

We stayed for 2 months total. I could not have been more pleased with my stay there. Off to Denver now. 🥊

Daniel’s house was perfect as a home base for our biking vacation to Grants Pass. The house is exactly as pictured, and has a spacious kitchen and comfortable living room to hang out in. We were able to bike from the house to Applegate Valley wineries, and it was also an easy walk to downtown restaurants. The fenced backyard was great for our dog and bike storage. We also enjoyed the gas firepit in the evening. We would absolutely stay at Daniel’s place again.

Everything was great except for the pet fees. I stayed for 12 days and was charged $400 for the fees. I've never paid that much for pet fees at any airbnb or hotels or anywhere that I've ever stayed in. Anna is a very nice lady, but the pet fees were a little much.

Beautiful location, and well stocked for a family gathering. Spent our NYE here, and it had all the amenities needed.

Great place. Love the decorations. Getting in and out was super easy. Rebecca was very attentive and responded quickly to our requests. The bedrooms were great with lots of space. Games were fun. We would definitely be back.

It was spotless and very comfortable. Andrew and Chris communicated very well, they were quick to respond to any questions I had. I would stay here again.

Cindy was such a great host - so friendly and pleasant to chat with! She always responded quickly and was flexible with us when it came to figuring out a cleaning schedule during our extended stay. The house was clean, comfortable and presented just as it was described, so our guys could rest easy. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend booking with Cindy if you need accommodations in the area!
