PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING one room cabin with NO RUNNING WATER . The inside of the cabin has a queen size bed, small fridge and microwave along with electric pot to heat water for coffee or tea. There is a port-a-potty behind a curtain for privacy located in the cabin. Water is available for coffee and bottled water in fridge. There is an outside shower that is shared with another cabin. Clean, comfortable with brand new furnishings, this home has its own driveway and carport, situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to the Broadway Extension, Kilpatrick Turnpike, I-35 accessing 1-44 & I-40. My place is located in a established neighborhood, close to parks and a nine hole golf course very close to I-40, so an easy commute to just about anywhere. You will feel right at home. Relax in the evening in a beautiful den. Enjoy sitting outside in the backyard. The house is fully available for guests excluding two locked closets and two sheds in the backyard. No smoking inside the home. Host and co-host are available by cell phone anytime.
