I cannot say enough about Katy’s home. It really was a home & a lovely place to relax at the end of the day. This was the most well-appointed Airbnb I have ever stayed at. More kitchen items than I could even imagine. Katy even provided some light breakfast & snack items to get us started on our first day/night. Having access to the garage was amazing!! The backyard was HUGE, lovely deck and fireplace, plus dog friendly. Although I didn’t have a dog with me, it would’ve been perfection. The dining & living room were simply decorated & beautiful, no clutter. The bedrooms were perfect. The beds were comfortable & the linens were cozy. The bathrooms had everything & then some, including a very cute amenities bowl with everything you could need & then some. Adorable front porch in a safe, friendly neighborhood. Katy was helpful, responsive & very welcoming. I will absolutely stay here again!!

Stayed here for my son’s wedding. It was right down the road from the wedding venue. Great location and perfect for our family. Highly recommend!

Trevor was always quick to respond, and not only was his home filled with all the amenities we needed, it’s close to everything Jacksonville has to offer. Thank you Trevor for everything and when I’m back in town, I’ll definitely book your place again.

This house was very comfortable. The mattress was probably one of the most comfortable mattresses we've slept on in an Airbnb. I loved all of the decor in the house. It really made the place feel cozy. There's a Kureg and a variety of coffee and hot cocoa. I liked that there were caffeine free options available! The place was fenced in and great for our dog as well. The neighborhood was nice and the host offered to give us names of real estate agents and anything else we had questions about during our stay. This is a great little home.

The property was amazing, a very quiet area to enjoy some peace. I went for the weekend with my family and the pups, they loved the backyard and the kids enjoyed the jacuzzi and running around. Michael was amazing host, super responsive on every need!

As lovely as described, even more lovely in ambience. Whip-o-will in the quiet evening, rooster's crow upon awakening. The cottage tucked back off the road with a wooded barrier giving such privacy... So clean and fresh, simple welcoming touches in the decor. The bed was phenomenal, good rest every night. We were so comfortable, it was sad to leave. Thank you Rhonda & Neal. This location goes in our Best Book. Not to worry, we will return for our next visit. Look forward to seeing the Cottage again. We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and private location. The setting was quiet, safe, and surrounded by beautiful natural scenery—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and made the experience smooth from start to finish. The nearby town was charming and full of character, with quaint shops and friendly locals. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene escape.

Beautiful, cozy place that made me feel right at home the moment I walked through the door. The place was VERY clean, well stocked with all of the basics, plus more. I was also happy that I was able to bring my dog. The street the Airbnb was located on is a quiet, safe place to walk my dog. I can’t wait to come back and stay again!♥️

Perfect location, close to amenities, clean, smart TV which is a huge plus when traveling with little kids. Easy check in and out.
