Stylish house 10min from Domain. King & Queen beds

Newly renovated home in a quiet cul-de-sac one minute from the 183 highway and nineteen minutes from downtown. Both bedrooms are spacious with their own bathrooms and walk in closets. The master bedroom has a California King bed and the second bedroom has a Queen. Both bedrooms are upstairs. We installed a guard rail and anti slip grips on the steps but if stairs are an issue for some guests we have a roll in bed stored in the garage as well as a large couch that can be used down stairs.

There is easy access to major highways including I-35 and Mopac (Loop 1), with the MetroRail nearby.

It is conveniently located near Downtown, Domain, Mueller and other major attractions. Easy access to major highways, restaurants, grocery store, and public transportation (Crestview Rail Station).

This unique home in the Arboretum area is in a quiet neighborhood and a few minutes from restaurants, five grocery stores , and easy freeway access. Close to the Q2, The Domain & Renaissance Austin Hotel. If you are coming to town for a Moody Center concert, the home is about 15-20 minutes away. Spacious with 4 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens & 1 single) and 3 bathrooms. The pool and hot tub are available all year but the pool is warm from May to October. This is a great place to relax.

Fresh paint to go with the kitchen and bathrooms which were updated in 2022 Two Master bedrooms 2 Kings! , 2 Queen, a blow up mattress. soft sheets, fluffy pillows and towels. Internet, washer/dryer Small treed Park across the street Stocked kitchen to cook. Tons of trails and a coffee shop to walk to. NOT a party house , awesome for resting and relaxing after your adventures. 30 minutes from downtown Austin
