Looks like the pictures! Definitely strikes me as a full time Airbnb so was missing just a few things like trash bags/dust pan/hair dryer. The primary suite bathroom is insanely nice with a tub/double shower. The other bedrooms and bathrooms don't have any frills but are nice and have all the essentials. The backyard was pretty overgrown getting to and from the hot tub, but the actual hot tub was great and can comfortably fit 4-5 people. Would definitely stay here again with a large group!

Wonderful Home Lizzi and I enjoyed sitting on the back porch with a glass of wine and watching our daughter (four legged kind) run around the yard and play. The kitchen was lovely. We enjoyed cooking good meals on their five burner stove. And after a good meal, soaking in the hot tub it was a blast. We will definitely stay again.

Great quiet area will definitely stay again

We stayed for four nights. The home is close to many local attractions. Lucas resolved a small issue immediately and was super friendly to work with. The set up is great for kids with lots to entertain them. We were bummed the pool doesn't open until May, which is understandable. If you are planning for a place to stay during Spring Break with a pool, be sure to note the pool is not open yet in April. The bedroom layout was very functional and the beds are comfortable. We would stay again.

Everything was beautiful! The place was clean, nicely decorated, and in such a cute neighborhood. They let us check both out and in early! They were communicative and we didn’t need to clean anything up for checkout. Lovely place and people and would stay again!!

The house was amazing. I loved how they had the bathroom and bedrooms linens setup when you walk in. I wish it wasn't cold so we could have experienced the pool, but the Jacuzzi was nice. I am definitely going to come back when it gets warm so I can get in the pool. Overall we had a great time.

This was the best home to celebrate my birthday. The home was inviting giving my guests and I enough room to be together yet have our own space. Everything about this house was perfect. I would definitely love to rent it again! The owner was kind and helpful at every turn. I can not thank him enough!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Jorge’s beautiful Airbnb for our wedding weekend, and words truly cannot express our gratitude. From the moment we arrived, Jorge went above and beyond to ensure our stay was not only comfortable but unforgettable. He and his employee Daniel provided exceptional service and care that exceeded every expectation. We held our wedding ceremony at Jorge's adjacent property, which he helped us coordinate. The setting was breathtaking—a picturesque lake view that made our special day even more magical. Jorge, Natacha and I cannot thank you enough for making our wedding so memorable. If we could give 100+ stars, we absolutely would. The home is perfect for large groups—it comfortably accommodated our party of 16+ and offered a layout that provided everyone with both space and privacy. It was ideal for our gathering of family and friends who enjoyed the pool and hot tub immensely, and we would return in a heartbeat. Matter of fact we will be back! ;)

This Airbnb is stunning! Beautiful views, clean, and contemporary. We found enough comfy space in the living room with individual seating as well as three couches which is a rare find. The game room is large and a hit with young adults. The kitchen island is huge and there are many dining tables. The outdoor views are calming. Alina is very attentive with messaging to check in. The thermostat is a modern turning dial but I never needed to change it. Beautiful large stone showers and the master en suite is fit for a bride and groom. We were happy to learn of an additional studio nearby if ever needed for guests. Honestly the best place we have stayed in Georgia!. We saw deer multiple times on the driveway to the house. Worth the commute drive if you are going anywhere but once you are there you will not want to leave! If you have any hesitation take a tour of the house first and you will see it is just as pictured.

We had a great stay. The scenery is great, home was clean and comfortable with great amenities. The hot tub was an added bonus to get some much needed relaxation.

This home was perfect for our multi generational family trip to the Atlanta area. The home is in a very high end and beautiful neighborhood of expensive homes. Rod had clear instructions for our arrival and the home was very clean. The furniture was comfortable and there were enough seating spots for our large group. We were very very satisfied with our stay and strongly recommend Rods place to anyone.

The home was wmmaculate. The pictures don’t do it justice. The home was clear and decorated perfectly. Enough beds for everyone, even came with a crib. The outside area gave just the right vibes and the sunroom/hottub area was EVERYTHING . Perfect setup for a perfect date night at home. 10/10 would recommend and definitely would book again. Worth every penny!

The house was spacious, beautiful, organized, and clean and was one of the best that we've stayed in to date. I DO wish that the hosts would allow more than 10 people as the house can hold more. 😁 The hosts, communicated thoroughly, promptly, and regualry regardless of the time of the day. They also looked to accomodate in every way possible to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. We recommend the home as well as Melanie and Sue as hosts. Looking forward to staying here again in the future as the house and location was awesome.

My family was traveling to Georgia to attain my daughter’s next Service Dog from Canine Assistants in Alpharetta. We were looking for a place our whole family(our pups included) could stay for the week, enjoy the beautiful surrounding area and relax with our friends that live locally. The Three Birches as a home and Roberta as its steward exceeded our expectations! We are a family of six (+ Pups), so it can get tight at times but not at the Three Birches. The home was perfect, spacious and easy to navigate, with acres of property to explore, along with donkeys, miniature horses and a Ram to keep us company. No Roosters needed to wake us each morning, the Donkeys bray was quite sufficient! Last but certainly not least, Roberta was beyond a gracious and supportive host. We communicated often before and during our stay at her family’s home. Never an issue. Would definitely come again, especially with Roberta at the helm!!

This was a great get-away tucked into the woods yet in a town. The house was perfect for three couples or 6 BFFs =)

Great place. Very relaxing after having business meetings in the ATL metro area all week. Will definitely be back when I am in the area again.

We stayed at this gorgeous house in the perfect secluded location. They had all the amenities and everything you needed inside! Lots of space, very spotless house, grill came in very handy for delicious food! Very quiet location and romantic for a weekend getaway! The hot tub was absolutely perfect and very very relaxing. The hosts were amazing and very responsive. We definitely will stay here again, thank you so so much for our stay!

This place is a MUST stay! What an incredible place to have our big family congregate for our son's wedding. Our host was kind, thoughtful, and very fast to respond to our questions. The "smart home" was immaculate, well designed, and surrounded by incredible scenery! If you are in the Gainesville, Georgia you HAVE to stay here (it was literally less than 5 minutes away from everything we needed). Thank you, to our hostess Amy, you made our stay very pleasurable. We now have fantastic memories that will last us a life time. By-the-way, on our last morning, from the oversized back deck we saw a deer roaming through the back yard! for our first time being in the cabin we loved it the only thing is we wish that the cabins was warm up at the time we was there cuz we would love to have gotten in the pool but other than that the area was peaceful and we enjoyed ourselves thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at Julie’s place. It was very well-appointed and we really liked having the fenced yard with ample seating. Julie was very communicative and there were clear instructions throughout the house.

We had a great time at the cabin! the view was absolutely stunning and the house was gorgeous. We had some minor issues getting in, but the host was very responsive and took care of everything. Would absolutely stay here again!
