Excelente anfitriona y muy linda casa para descansar y conectarse con el entorno. Las fotos no hacen justifica a la linda casa y entorno, en especial las hermosas vistas a los volcanes… es mucho mejor en la realidad que en las fotos para poder capturar el lindo entorno. Volvería a este lugar tantas veces pudiese.

Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine kleine, ruhige Oase in mitten des über die Ostertage doch recht trubeligen Antigua. Die Stadt ist in ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Weg ist auch nach EInbruch der Dunkelheit sicher. Jedenfalls haben wir uns in Antigua immer sicher gefühlt. Kleine Kinder sind nicht immer ruhig, aber das war hier überhaupt kein Problem. Im Gegenteil das Personal war sehr, sehr nett und freundlich. Der Service war hervorragend. und zu der Sauberkeit (ebenfals sehr gut) habe ich ja oben schon etwas gesagt. Er ein paar Tage oder - so wie wie wir - 2 1/2 Wochen in Antigua verbringen möchte, dem kann ich diese Unterkunft nur sehr empfehlen. Wir bedanken uns nochmals ganz herzlich bei Tom und seinem Team - muchisimas gracias!

Sindy’s space was gorgeous and perfect for our stay during Holy Week! I would 100% stay here again! It is a great location where we could walk to coffee and breakfast every morning! Its a beautiful space with spacious rooms and comfortable beds!

This place is beautiful and the hosts are very friendly. The place is about 15-20 minutes from downtown Antigua, so you will need your own car or you can also take Ubers, which is what I did. There is no gym, but they have some free weights if you need. The hosts are very responsive and helpful and live on the premises. Note that bringing over friends or guests during your stay is a limited possibility. The pool is great and the views of surrounding volcanoes is too.

Great house in a great location just a short drive into town. The house is in a nice quite neighborhood and the outdoor spaces upstairs on the roof were awesome! I would stay here again if in Antigua, highly recommended.

If you want a great place to relax after a day of sight seeing in Antigua, then this is the place for you. This place is great for big groups! The house was more than what we had expected. We had a great time and Byron was an excellent host. Jean Paul was also very receptive to our scheduling needs. We also stayed in his Penthouse in Guatemala City, and wow what a view! Both locations were great. We would definitely come back and stay at Jean Paul's Magicmaya residencies. Thank you

Junto con mi familia pasamos un tiempo muy agradable, la casa es bastante cómoda para una familia pequeña, nos encantó el ambiente colonial tan único de Antigua, el residencial es bastante seguro y privado, las amenidades las mantienen en muy buen estado, la piscina y las áreas de juego hicieron el complemento perfecto para nuestra estadía. Boris nos apoyó en todo momento. Sin duda regresaremos en una próxima oportunidad.

Un entorno encantador y una casa acogedora y hermosa, donde uno se siente verdaderamente como en casa. Cercana a todo, con acceso fácil y conveniente. La atención brindada por la encargada y la administradora fue excepcional en todo momento. Su calidez, amabilidad y disposición para atender cualquier necesidad hicieron que la experiencia fuera aún más agradable.

Karla's place was beautiful and really captured Antigua's charm. It was close enough to the center of Antigua yet quiet and private, so you can rest well. Karla was one of the best hosts I have ever had! Unfortunately, while in Guatemala, I was bit by a stray dog and had a really difficult time finding somewhere to get a rabies vaccine. Karla was a huge help to me by calling several places to try and find the vaccine for me. She definitely went above and beyond her responsibilities as a host! Would definitely recommend her place to stay at. It was one of our most favorite Airbnb's of our entire trip.

Hermoso lugar, la casa estaba muy limpia y bien cuidada. En el parqueo caben bien 2 carros. Se recomienda usar TucTuc para ir al centro, pero se puede llegar a pie.

Loved the house -- yes, you get an entire house with a two-windowed office and big professional glass desk, an upstairs with two bedrooms, a spiral staircase, and views to both volcánes de agua and fuego. Lots of interesting books about art and some on history await you. You enter the property via the lockable big garage style doors common to Guatemala homesteads. Interior from those doors, the plot of land is shared with another house of the hostess, not Emiliano. They weren't there originally but arrived a couple days into my stay along with their playful German shepherd. The coffeemaker stopped working and they replaced it within hours. Very comfortable stay in a beautifull gated community. If you head out of the community, bring your ID and the address of the place to get back in.

Excelente ubicación, la decoración de la casa muy bonita, ordenada y de fácil acceso.

We chose this location as it was close to family. We had access to different areas of Guatemala with reasonable distances. Of course we rented a car and access in and out of the community was easy and when we needed visitor access it was granted rather easily. House was big enough to accommodate 4 adults and 2 toddlers with no issues. Internet was provided along with cable tv which was a plus. Kitchen was big and equipped with the pots/pans and utensils needed to cook. There was access to a washer but no dryer, a small inconvenience if you needed something washed and dried fast. There was a line to hang and dry clothes though, which is what we did. Overall our experience at the house was great. Would definitely stay there again the next time I visit my beautiful county.

The MOST BEAUTIFUL space, it’s truly one of the most remarkably designed spaces you could stay at. All the modern amenities, and the feeling of a lush villa right in Antigua. Easy to get to all shoppes, cafes and restaurants. Jack, the dog that lives on the property took us for walks around the neighborhood every single day! He was the highlight of our trip. Plenty of space for 4 people but it was just the 2 of us. Looks exactly like the photos. Having a washer and dryer was a super plus. And cleaning service available daily.

What a great place and a wonderful stay. I'll start with the house itself. It is located in a small condominio with a pool. The kitchen is wonderful, nice pots and pans, anything you could possibly need to cook, including the normal appliances. What's more, it even has a dishwasher, which is not that common in Guatemala. There is a stacked washer and dryer in the house, so no need to send out laundry. It really feels like someone actually lives here and isn't just amassing properties to rent out. The rooms and beds are comfortable, nice linens and blankets. The couches are comfortable and the TV in the living room is setup on a swing arm, so you can all watch at the same time, whether you are at the dining room table or the couches. What I really enjoyed though was the dedicated office space. It has a nice desk and chair, fast internet (which is usable in the entire house), and good lighting. What's more, it's only about a 10-15 minute walk to the Mercado Central - my favorite place

Romeo and Wendy are extraordinary hosts! Would give them 10 stars if I could! We were able to meet them in person and they are lovely, warm people. The apartment is beautifully decorated with bright guatamalen style colors and beautiful artwork. The kitchen is well equipped, bed very comfortable, and plenty of hot water for showers. There is a private balcony off the bedroom that is great to enjoy the morning sun and the cool evenings. Orotava villas, beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. Nice heated pool. Many nooks to relax and enjoy the quiet, calm atmosphere. It is a very secure, safe property with a security gate and guard. The location is superb… walk to edge town is only 10 and to parc central about 20 minutes. There is a complimentary shuttle you prefer. Antiqua a wonderful city full of charm and warm people. If you visit Antiqua Romeo and Wendy villa is the place to stay!

Palacio de Dona Beatriz is in a secure gated community. It is very safe and quiet. The facility is more beautful than the photos. The staff was wonderful, kind, helpful and responsive to all our requests. The breakfasts were outstanding and generous. We booked out the whole place for my family to stay while attending my son's wedding. We were busy, with odd hours and stressed at times. The staff was flexible and smoothed the way for us. Everyday! If you think Palacio de Dona Beatriz will meet your needs I would look no further. They have my highest recommendation!

Luis es un buen anfitrión, nos permitió entrar antes de la hora, su contacto local Delmer muy amable y las instrucciones claras. El condominio es privado, seguro, tranquilo. La casa bonita, acogedora y muy bien equipada. Perfecto para la ocasión(Semana Santa), permite dejar el vehículo en el parqueo y caminar a todos los lugares.

Mooi karakteristiek huis met veel authentieke details, brand en brandschoon, goed uitgeruste keuken, goede ruime bedden met prettige lakens. Ligt iets buiten het centrum, uber rekent een kleine toeslag. Huis ligt aan een doorgaande weg met wat verkeersgeluiden. Vriendelijke tuinman loopt regelmatig door de tuin.
