Really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had a total of 8 people staying on this trip. The home has plenty of space to spread out and relax. Enjoyed the beautiful views, privacy, and pool. Appreciated many amenities such as the a/c, full kitchen, beach chairs/cooler/umbrella to use. Also appreciated the small things listed in the amenities and the binder full of area recommendations at the house. The location was great. Easy to get to El Yunque, San Juan, Luquillo, and Fajardo for all of the activities. Reached out to owner a couple of times for issues or suggestions via the app and got immediate responses.

Our stay at Casa La Brisa was amazing. All the little details put into place and accommodations was really thoughtful. It was in a nice private area and had a really nice mountain view. Spent most of the days around the pool. If you want to get away from the noise of the tourist area this is the place to stay.

Our large family loved staying at Casa de Primo. Scott’s place is so wonderful it is off the charts! It is a beautifully decorated home with plenty of space and things to do. We were there with our four children and their families. Adults and kids enjoyed the pool and pickle ball courts. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with suggestions and advice about shopping and restaurants. We took the ferry to Vieques, and hiked in El Yukon while we were staying there. I highly recommend this beautiful home and hosts!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was comfortable and clean, though it was a bit tricky to find at first. Once I got there, everything was perfect. There was a small issue with the bathroom when I arrived, but the host was super responsive and took care of it quickly. They also replied to all my questions promptly, which made the experience much easier. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

Un lugar muy espectacular para quedarse, muy limpio, organizado y acogedor. Sin mencionar que el personal encargado es muy atento. En mi caso Maryoris fue el personal encargado de mi hospedaje, estuvo muy atenta, muy amable y asegurándose que todo estuviera perfecto para así mismo pasar la estadía. Me explicó todo al detalle y a la perfección. De verdad que con el trato de ella y el lugar pasarán su mejor estadía.

Excelente ubicación, hospitalidad y comodidades. La anfitriona es excelente está al tanto siempre en la llegada como en la salida. Todos lo disfrutamos al máximo.

Perfect gated community with pool and access to beach. Apartment was just as pictured. 10 minutes a to luquillo beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

This property is so beautiful and has so many outdoor activities to do with kids and families. House was spotless. Jesus was a perfect host and very attentive. He also recommended wonderful restaurants and outdoors activities. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you Jesus for a wonderful time.

I rated our week-long stay at Lesley’s Villa a Rewarding 5* Lesley was always quick to respond; her villa was just as she had described; the view was great and it was very peaceful. Robert’s home was like staying at Tio Robert’s place for my family. The variances in the reviews made me cautious to book but I was pleasantly surprised and can bring clarity on items I read before. Pros: #1 We stayed when top Google search was power outage in Puerto Rico. Home has solar and battery backup so we only realized the power was out when we reached the first traffic signal without power. #2 Safety: Community shares security checkpoints with Hyatt Grand Regency along with beautiful landscaping and foliage. #3 Proximity to Luquillo Beach, El Yunque Rainforest, and Fajardo Kayaking to see Bioluminescence. #4Washer/dryer (that works during power outages) for washing bathing suits and packing light. #5 Treks to San Juan via Uber (parking is a needle in a haystack to find at night as streets and lots close) are minimal cost. Cons: The lived in home feeling inviting to families may not score points on a couples trip. Tip: Just turn on hot (left faucet) during shower for hot shower.

Our family of seven, including three children and two grandparents had a great weeklong stay here. The first floor location, right next to the pool and playground were perfect for our group. The unit looks exactly like the pictures and had everything needed for a beach vacation - beach chairs, bag chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler, etc. We enjoyed the beach at the end of the complex and a couple of nearby beaches with calm water for the kids and older adults. The market right outside the condo at the main road had many of the essentials we needed and we were able to pick up everything else at the walmart about 20 minutes away. The location is perfect for those wanting to spend time at the rainforest, beach and old san juan. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

Lovely apartment! I really appreciated all the thoughtful amennties like having all the basic supplies in the bathroom and kitchen so we could arrive and not worry about going to the store. Basics like oil, seasoning, tupperware, plastic bags, paper towels, trash bags, dishsoap were all available. Also I liked the USB charging stations and the toiletries in the bathrooms. I really loved the fluffy bathrobes and beach towels. All the linens were high quality! Mandy was responsive and helpful especially when we experienced an island-wide power outage. Gorgeous views of the ocean that I could enjoy from the deck. Easy walk to the secluded beach. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location, perfect for a family stay. Endless quiet beach for walking and great pool. Large comfortable condo with lots of outdoor space. Great spot for rainforest and other adventures east of San Juan.

Great location and beautiful view of the beach. Unit met our families needs and had nice extras like boogie boards, beach chairs and towels. Instructions provided were clear and helpful. Also, multiple restaurants within walking distance.

We were glad to book this place with Fredy and Suany. Got there at 4 pm, the place was ready on time. Very private, clean, spacious place with breathtaking views of mountains and ocean. The lockboxes are mounted on the parking lot concrete blocks!! There are 2 parking spots for this apartment-and they are not close by!! There is a private beach for the complex that is quiet. Please read the beach conditions for Puerto Rico. Stores close by, also large supermarkets in 7 miles. Don’t forget to get a Pizza takeout from D&D pizza nearby-thin crust (fine crust) with Pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño :). Check out local bakeries (La Familia) for breakfast fun! Close to both San Juan or tropical forest hiking!!

This was our second time staying here and we loved it again! It fits our family of four so nicely. We can easily make meals and hang out on the balcony looking at the beautiful ocean or walk down and be right on the beach in minutes. We even reached out once to Tom noticing something was missing from the kitchen and he went to the store and brought it to us the very next day. Totally not expected and way above and beyond! We hope to come back next year and would definitely stay again if it is available.

Our group of 3 had a lovely stay. Host was helpful and the place was clean and comfortable. Having a pool and beach amenities (chairs, towels, boogie boards) was a huge plus along with the welcome snacks. The beach out front was not great for swimming (we were also there during a windy period so that made it harder), but it’s an easy drive to some other more protected spots. Nice restaurants are a short drive, and it’s easy to get to the rain forest for some cool hikes and adventures. Overall, we were very happy with the condo.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The pictures were good but the apartment looks better in person than in the pictures. Zenen and Wanda were very responsive and easy to get ahold of! We had a minor issue with the ac(ended up just being that the batteries in the ac remote needed to be changed) we contacted them and they fixed the issue within the hour! We appreciated how fast they responded to us. You can tell they actually care. Aquátika also is a lovely place. The landscaping & the pool areas were beautiful and clean. Aquatika also has 24/7 security & is gated so we felt extra safe! I definitely would recommend staying booking with Zenen and Wanda.
