Mahipal Ji and Aniket are managing a nice place. The stay is private, full of amenities, and walkable from Shri Raja Ram Mandir. The caretakers of the property were always proactively responsive. I recommend this property for the travellers looking for private and compact stay in Orcha. It’s a well fit property for a nuclear family and group of small friends. I appreciate the efforts of Aniket and Rajendra for maintaining our comfort and necessities throughout the stay.

The apartment was well-maintained and offered all necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, three efficient air conditioners, and complimentary bottled water. The property is thoughtfully set up to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. If I were to make one minor recommendation, it would be to consider reviewing the fan speed settings. Overall, a highly satisfactory experience—I would gladly return and recommend this accommodation to others

This place is a gem. Great food options nearby, every major attraction is just 15 mins away. Place was very clean. And finally hosts are truly amazing, couldn't have found a better place.

We had booked the apartment but when we arrived, cold on our motorbike, Ayushi greeted us and said they had moved us to the villa as they thought it would be warmer during this cold snap. That was so thoughtful and kind. So I can review the villa, it is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, has a well equipped kitchen and hot shower with comfortable bed. Perfect. It has two seating terraces with amazing views of Laxmi Temple. I can only assume the apartment will be the same standard as the villa, as such I recommend staying at either of Rams listings, you will not be disappointed.

It was an excellent stay for us with 2 kids and a help. The apartment was very clean plus the daily housekeeping service maintained it so well. The rooms were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities to cook too. Kudos to the efforts put in by the entire team. It is a gated society so its very safe. Moreover the society had a club house with a pool which my kids loved. Would definitely stay here whenever I visit Gwalior.

This was our first time to Khajuraho and Mr. Yogendra is a gem of a person. The guests were all senior citizens and he ensured that they get all the possible help. Be it the guide for the temple or assistance at times, he was available throughout. His personal attention added a lot of warmth to the experience. I will absolutely recommend this place.

The living room was cozy, perfect for relaxing after sightseeing, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making meal prep easy.Tanmay was an exceptional host, providing clear check-in instructions. His quick responses to queries made our stay smooth and enjoyable. The flat's location allowed easy access to attractions like Gwalior Fort and Jai Vilas Palace, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, my stay at Tanmay's flat was delightful, offering a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Gwalior.
