This place was great! Dino meet us upon arrival and made us feel very welcomed especially our kids! The house is exactly like it is in the picture. Hot tub worked as advertised and the view is perfection. It was also nice having the grill to cook out while enjoying the view. Place is quiet and peaceful at night. When we visit Croatia again this will be our go-to location!

The place is nestled in a great peaceful location but close enough to the local action. Local restaurants, supermarkets and beaches are all within walking distance. The apartment is spacious and modern with everything you need to feel right at home. The beds are comfortable along with all the other furniture. The host is lovely and very responsive (a good communicator). I enjoyed my time in Murter and can't wait to return. Highly recommend staying in this place if you are in Murter.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Gorka. L’hôte était hyper accueillant et chaleureux! Nous nous sommes régalés avec les plats proposés! L’appartement est superbe, la vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse est un vrai plaisir, la piscine ainsi que l’accès à la mer est un plus indéniable qui rajoutent encore du charme à ce logement. Facile d’accès et à proximité de tout. Nous tenons à remercier l’hôte pour son accueil et son aide quand nous avions des questions! Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet appartement!

Wir waren 10 Tage bei Ana und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Jeden Tag ein Sonnenuntergang auf der eigenen Terrasse, je nach Temperatur auch im Whirlpool. Allgemein war alles von Anreise bis Abreise war gut organisiert und kommuniziert. An- und Abreise waren super flexibel möglich. Wir hatten einen eigenen Auto-Stellplatz (mit e-ladefunktion). Die Kommunikation mit Ana war einfach und angenehm. Es wurde schnell geantwortet und auf Bedarfes reagiert. Das Airbnb liegt etwa 10 Gehminuten von der Uferpromenade entfernt über der Altstadt von šibenik. So ist es leicht möglich jeden Tag zu Fuß in die Stadt zu gehen und das mediterrane Flair zu genießen. Uns wurden jeden 3. Tag neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche bereit gelegt. Je nach Bedarf kann man sich auch hier mit Ana absprechen. Das Airbnb erscheint sehr durchdacht, was die Ausstattung (Möbel, Beleuchtung, Küche)angeht. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr gute Zeit und können šibenik und das Airbnb sehr empfehlen!

Minden rendben volt, a szállás nagyon tiszta és rendezett, kikapcsolódásra, pihenésre tökéletes. A nagy melegben nagyon jól jött, hogy mindkét hálószobában, és a nappaliban is volt klíma. A konyha jól felszerelt, élmény volt ott főzni. A strand nagyon közel van, és olyan boltok is könnyen elérhetőek, ahol átlagos/normális áron lehet vásárolni. A hazigazda pontos volt, nagyon kedves, segítőkész! Jó szívvel ajánlom mindenkinek!

We had a great stay in Pakostane. Apartmet was suitably located, good spot for trips and walks. Host very responsive and helful, overall experience 5/5! I truly recommend :)

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Walk to town in only a couple of minutes. Nice outside space with patios and a pool.

Die Unterkunft war genau so wie wir es aufgrund der Bilder erwartet haben. Alles war sauber, ruhig gelegenes Apartment mit schönem Ausblick.

Geweldige tijd gehad hier met een grote groep. Alles is top! Tuin is heel mooi en heeft veel plekken om je terug te trekken en te relaxen en zelfs biljart te spelen. Mooi zwembad en fijne barbecue gedeelte. Rustige buurt en Šibenik is binnen 10 minuten te bereiken. Het hele huis is voorzien van airco, behalve het kleine blauwe kamertje, maar met de deur open was het ok te doen. Al met al, een aanrader!

Užili jsme si zde krásných 13 dní. Skvěle vybavená kuchyň. Krasně čistý apartmán. S Mariem byla super komunikace. Pokud někdy navštívíme opět Pakoštane, rádi se sem vratíme. Na pláž Janica to je 550 m což s dvěma malýma dětma zabralo 8-10 minut. Krásne uličky i centrum města. I na začátku září zde bylo co dělat. Děkujeme moc za zpříjemnění dovolené! Doporučujeme všem!

Belle maison accueillante disposant de tout le confort nécessaire. Belle piscine Filip et sa maman sont des hôtes agréables., réactifs et disponibles.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Byliśmy u Tomo 10 dni. Pokoje zgodne z opisem basem czysty i zawsze dostępny. Lokalizacja zdala od miejskiego zgiełku 30 minut spacerem do centrum miasta. Gospodarz zawsze pomocny i jak coś się zepsuło od razu przystąpił do naprawy. Serdecznie polecam!!!

Hoher Wohlfühlfaktor, von erster Minute an kommt man schnell vom Alltagsstress runter. Der Pool ist super und grösser als erwartet. Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg, in der Nähe sind nur wenige Nachbarn, trotzdem hat man seine Privatsphäre und es ist unglaublich ruhig! Die Schlafbereiche sind nur über eine Aussentreppe zu erreichen, sind neu eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes modernes Badezimmer. Der Ort an sich ist klein, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Strände sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Der Berg ist gut zu bewältigen(selbst mit einem Kinderwagen), wenn man eh nichts macht und sich kaum bewegt, war es eine gute Abwechslung ;) Die Bucht ist wunderschön und die Strände sehr ruhig (Ende August), genau richtig, wenn man die Natur und die Ruhe geniessen möchte. Es gibt Restaurants und den Supermarkt, einen Obststand, Bäcker. Die Eisdiele direkt am Strand empfehlenswert. klare Empfehlung von uns!!! Super Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümern, weiter so!

Unser Aufenthalt war ein Traum 🤩 Für zwei Pärchen das perfekte Haus. Super Meerblick, kurzer Weg zum Meer (ca. 70 Meter) sowie zwei Badebuchten gut zu Fuss erreichbar. 10 min Fussweg zur Stadt erreichbar. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die aussergewöhnliche Architektur des Hauses. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir danken Dino für zwei unvergessliche Wochen.

The villa was lovely and spotlessly clean. The pool was a little on the small side for 8 adults but it worked really well for us plus the beach was a couple of minutes walk and had a beach bar and restaurant with a supermarket across the road. Katarina and her husband responded immediately when we needed a new gas bottle for the barbecue and even raced over one evening when we managed to lock ourselves out of the house! We had a great stay.

War ein toller Urlaub ruhige Gegend und die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Aussenberreich war top gepflegt und die Innenräume waren sehr schön, nur die Pölster sind etwas hart, falls man etwas weicheres möchte sollte man seinen eigenen Polster mitnehmen. Auch das kleinere Haus indem sich die „Taverne“ befindet ist sehr schön mit einer rustikalen Optik, aber modernen Küche. Alles in allem ist das eine tolle Unterkunft

Boravio sam kod Tome i njegovog sina Marka, koji su učinili sve da naš boravak bude izvanredan. Iako smo stigli brodom bez najave, a Marko je očekivao dolazak autom, brzo se prilagodio i osigurao nam mjesto za brod u luci Tribunj. S terase na trećem katu imali smo pogled na brod, što je dodatno upotpunilo naše iskustvo. Pogled na more bio je očaravajući, s prekrasnim prizorom na luku i otoke. Kuća se nalazi na idealnoj, mirnoj lokaciji, blizu svih potrebnih sadržaja, i bila je besprijekorno čista, što je povećalo osjećaj udobnosti. Siguran sam da ću se svake godine vraćati u Tribunj, a Riva House Tribunj će uvijek biti moj prvi izbor. Preporučujem je svima koji žele posjetiti Dalmaciju i Tribunj.

Villa Lana is a lovely apartment in a villa with 2/3 other apartments. It is very spacious with a well equipped kitchen, and big living room space. The bedroom is big, with plenty of storage space for clothes, and has its own balcony. The view of the sea from the villa is beautiful, as the villa is up a hillside so it has a wide view of the water. The villa has a shared pool with the other guests which is well maintained and has several loungers and parasols. The apartment has a separate balcony with dining table and chairs, which is nice and private. The location was good, I stayed for a festival at The Garden and it was about a 25 minute walk to the festival site and 10 minutes to Tisno town. It is up a hill so if you struggle with this then you may need a car. Svjetlana was very accommodating and helpful, and check in was smooth. The apartment was a little bit difficult to find at check in - it is downhill when you are on the road. Overall a wonderful stay!

My family of 5 stayed for 3 nights. This was an excellent location with parking and 10 min walk to old town. I have 3 kids (12, 10, 7) and they slept nicely with 1 on the couch which was a large size. Apartment was clean, had many amenities (coffee, tea, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, bathroom toiletries) towels for everyone. Washing machine with dryer was helpful! Ana was very helpful and responsive. We felt safe. 2 minute drive to grocery stores, park, soccer/basketball which we went to daily! Thank you for a great stay!

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Anamarija avec nos deux filles de 12 ans et 16 ans. Cette location vous laissera de bons souvenirs de votre séjour . La vue extérieure sur la mer est exceptionnelle. La piscine est située face à la mer. Des draps de bain étaient installés sur chaque transat à notre arrivée. L'appartement se situe au rez de chaussée de maison. Les hôtes habitent à l'étage de la maison mais Anamarija et sa famille sont très discrets. L'endroit est très calme. Les literies sont de bonne qualité. Pour les enfants il y a des jeux extérieurs mis à disposition. L'intérieur est un peu rustique mais vous profiterez surtout du cadre extérieur. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande cet endroit.Sandrine

Warm welcome of the landlords, availability, friendliness and cleanliness. The apartment is 50 meters from the center, where we found everything, mini market, bar, restaurants, pubs, wine bar, bakeries, ATMs, bureau de change and the historic center, whilst the beach free or equipped gravel is a five minute walk away equipped with bars, restaurants, fast food, rent boats, etc.. Recommended for living a nice quiet holiday without you miss the convenience of having everything at hand. Then at 10-15 km you can visit other 5 beautiful tourist destinations. Strongly recommended.

Moc se nám ve Vodici líbilo. S hostitelkou Zuzkou byla naprosto bezproblémová komunikace. Apartmán je moc pěkně zařízený, vybavení plně dostačující. Velmi jsme v parných dnech ocenili klimatizaci. Z vybavení pak pračku se sušičkou a také kávovar. Měli jsme s sebou kromě dětí také psy, takže každé ráno jsme chodili procházkou na pláž. Cestou je možné na trhu vzít mořské ryby, ovoce, zeleninu či čerstvé pečivo v pekárně, prostě idylka. Rádi jsme také podnikali nákupy ve zdejších obchodech (např. Tommy, Lidl, Plodine) a stáncích se suvenýry, nezapomněli jsme navštívit krásný Šibenik. Se psy jsme jezdili na odlehlejší úžasnou pláž, kterou nám poradila Zuzka. Domů se nám vůbec nechtělo.
