This a very unique property . The studio is in the grounds of one of the first houses in Sanctuary Point, built in the early 1950's. THERE ARE NO SHARED SPACES. THERE'S THREE SEPERATE BUILDINGS . STUDIO, BATHROOM/WC/LAUNDRY and OUTDOOR KITCHEN. You'll have the exclusive use of "'The Studio", bathroom/laundry facilities (20 steps from The Studio). Outdoor cooking facilities include , Cooktop, HW, sink, BBQ and fridge. The bathroom/toilet is in a separate building 20 steps across the lawn.

Only 50m walk to the waterfront, and Convenient store next door. We are also 5 minute walk to the Town Center or RSL club.

Our cosy cottage adjoins Booderee National Park and overlooks St. George's Basin. Jervis Bay is just over the hill. You will have kangaroos for neighbours and the Kookaburras drop in every afternoon.
