We had a great, relaxing stay at Sam’s place. Our kids loved the horses and hot tub. We’d absolutely recommend for anyone wanting to go slow, relax and spend quality time together.

Our only negative about our stay is that we didn't choose to stay longer. Banksia Park cottages in Kangaoo Valley are located in a truly magical place. Beautifully scenic and serene and totally surrounded by nature. We sparked up the fire pit as soon as we got there and had it going until we went to sleep. Everything was great

We had such a beautiful experience. Amazing space in such a wonderful location. Surrounded by all that green and nature and lake. We didnt leave the space, exactly where we wanted to park and enjoy some down time for a couple of days. The spa was so good. A bonfire to warm us up one eve and just an overall peaceful tranquil time. Already planning to come back! Thanks for sharing your space.

We had an absolutely perfect stay! The house is even better than it looks in the pictures—spacious, beautifully set up, and incredibly comfortable. Although the weather wasn’t great for most of our visit, we barely noticed—we were too busy enjoying the cosy fireplace, relaxing bath, well-equipped kitchen, entertainment options, and board games. The place was stocked not just with the essentials but with thoughtful extras—we didn’t want for a thing. We were lucky to get a break in the weather and explore Currarong Beach, which was beautiful. We had the entire beach to ourselves—it truly felt like a VIP escape! It was the perfect spot to celebrate a milestone birthday. Our two dogs had a wonderful time as well, and the secure back garden was a huge bonus. We’d 100% recommend this place and hope to return in the future!

We had such a lovely weekend. 2 families with 2 kids and 3 dogs. place was loved by all. Kayaks for guests to use, we took our paddleboards, great spot for fishing, private jetty. Grassed area with shared BBQs and an enclosed balcony to keep dogs and kids contained. Very relaxing and peaceful. Definitely recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Byres, such a peaceful rural location, rolling green hills the sound of the cows and yet only 9 mins to Berry and 7 mins to Shoalhaven. The house was well equipped, we made great use of the outdoor spa and the coffee machine, glad that the rooms had fans and the master had aircon, comfy beds. Loved it all! Would definitely recommend this property and we hope to book again in the future.

Absolutely beautiful cottage set amongst some of the most beautiful gardens and trees, amazing spa hotub and the cosiest fireplace on cool nights. Highly recommend.

Quite possibly our favourite Airbnb location. Natalie’s cottage is a slice of heaven. From the incredible landscape to the fine touches of leaving a bottle of wine, ice creams in the freezer, and Easter eggs on our pillows, there was nothing Natalie didn’t think of. A bonus for us was being able to bring our precious fur babies to enjoy the beauty of this property and location. Thanks so much for having us and we cannot wait to return.

Great getaway with enclosed area for a little one and dog. Central and quiet

We had a lovely stay at Knoxberry Farm with our 4 yo. Location is excellent, lovely outlook from the large windows and deck to trees and field beyond and just a few minutes drive in to town. We went for scenic runs along the quiet road. The cottage is compact, we loved the big beds and hotel bedding, very comfortable. We did all our cooking on the bbq on the covered deck in sunshine or torrential rain, great setup with a fire pit in the garden as well.

We’re return visitors and love it every time. The cottage is cosy, clean, well equipped and has beautiful views. The large covered deck is a great space. The large fenced yard is great for dogs. The large bath is great for the humans. Gail is an excellent host. She’s friendly, responds quickly and gives updates before and during the stay without being intrusive We’ll be back again!

Great place, close to the beach (dog friendly). Very quiet, went for a long weekend to escape busy work! Very impressed with the place have everything you need. The front definitely my fav spot to stay! Strongly recommend!

Perfect location to explore! we visited Berry, Kiama, Kiana Coast Track, Gerrigong, 7 Mike Beach, Kangaroo Valley & Berrima, Huskisson, Hyams Beach, Booderee NP. Atlas cottage was a great base for out 19 night stay. We felt right at home. So comfortable, perfectly appointed, lovely views, and great outdoor space.

We had an amazing 2-night stay at Blue Whale Cottage in Currarong! Our group of four girls was looking for a relaxing weekend getaway, and this beautiful cottage exceeded all our expectations. The house is incredibly spacious, with three large bedrooms plus an adorable kid’s room — perfect for families or groups. The place was spotless and truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was a dream, fully equipped with every piece of cookware you could need, including baking tools and even a coffee machine (which we definitely made the most of!). What really impressed us was the attention to detail — from basic medicines in the cabinet to a clear emergency plan in each room. There were three bathrooms, all clean and well-maintained, which made getting ready a breeze for all of us. Whether you’re planning to explore the area or just stay in and unwind, Blue Whale Cottage has everything you need. We’d absolutely come back and highly recommend it!

We loved our stay at Calm Waters. Very central to shops & restaurants, we loved swimming in the river opposite at high tide, mooring the boat out front & being able to take our dog! It was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend.

My partner and I stayed at Warrain Cottage for the weekend and absolutely loved it. We really enjoyed BBQing and relaxing on the front deck, and the house was very comfortable and user friendly. But the standout is definitely the location! Ocean views and beach access off front deck is as good as it gets. Luke was also a great host with excellent communication. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay, we had a lovely time and enjoyed the board games and puzzles ! We loved being so close to Kiama and at the same time being in nature, I highly recommend this place !

Absolutely loved Helen’s house! It was perfect for my family of four. Walking distance to Hyams beach and the playground and very homey and comfortable. Everything we needed was in the house. Toys for my daughter, high chair, cot and an abundance of kitchen needs for cooking etc. It was also such a peaceful place and we loved listening to the waves going to sleep at night. Would love to come back and stay again.

Incredible location with an amazing 180 degree view of the ocean that makes this property really unique. The home is a short drive to most places that you’d want to visit in the area, and there are bush walking trails near by also. If you are after a special location with an ocean panorama as your backdrop, then this home will not disappoint.

Kerry and Nicholas’s cottage is spacious and clean and located in a quiet area. It is a five to six minute’s drive to the supermarkets and restaurants. It is also easy access to various beautiful beaches and walking tracks . The living area, kitchen , bedroom and bathroom are clean and tidy . The cottage feel homey and has all facilities to make a comfortable stay . In the bedroom it has a good quality electric blanket for cooler weather . We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the cottage and also surprised and delighted to receive welcoming gifts from the hosts . Before and during our stay we had received prompt communications and response from Nicolas and Kerry . I would recommend this cottage to everyone.

What a wonderful experience it was staying at Rose Cottage. So calm, peaceful and convenient.our hosts were exceptionally kind, communicative and accommodating. The location and access to all the wonderful experiences of the Shoalhaven on your doorstep.

It was a perfect, cosy, romantic getaway! The small details (wine, chocolates, candles, bath salts, etc.) made the experience extra special. The property and views were magical. We look forward to coming back one day :)
