Great property in a quiet neighborhood. Property looks just like photos. Hosts were super nice people. Garage is a great addition! Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again if ever in Toledo!

We visited Point Peele National Park and stayed at Janet's place for 3 nights. The location is super convenient - only 20 minutes from the park (and also 5 minutes from Hillman Marsh!). The place is very spacious and the surrounding is peaceful and serene.

Third time staying here because it's a great place. We like the parking space at the garage and the spaciousness of the place among several other nice features. The fully equipped kitchen is great compared to so many places claim "fully equipped" but then just have a microwave and a mini-fridge.

Beautiful property on the marina! Perfect location for the Burning Snowman Festival! Very tentative and friendly owners. Highly recommend!

Beautiful space great quick communication, we had a wonderful experience and our puppy loved the big park lot to run around in! We’ll definitely book again in the future

We had a great stay at this apartment. Ron, who lives in the house above, is very friendly and accommodating. He let us have access to a second bathroom upstairs and even loaned my husband his ski gloves. He is a super host!

I’d definitely recommend and give Chelsea’s river rental 5 stars! My family and I were in town for a weekend trip to the Erie Islands. Best choice we made to stay in this very cozy air b&b directly above a local bakery across the street from the Portage river. Amazing coffee shop and grocery store in walking distance. Very clean and comfortable with charm. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Kingsville is a beautiful town and this cozy home is in a perfect location, a short walk to the downtown's great shops and restaurants and also close to the Chrysler trail which goes for many miles to the east and west (bringing bikes to Kingsville is very worthwhile). We met our hosts who were very pleasant and accommodating and we'll be back!

House was beautiful and in a nice area. Our only complaint is that we did have someone keep knocking on the door and window in the middle of the night. It was a little scary but not the owners fault.

The little pink shotgun had everything you could possibly need or want. It was well appointed and comfortable. I loved being able to spend a few days in the historic structure. The university and Depot Town are within walking distance. I felt I was home while staying and was sad to say goodbye! I will definitely be returning next time work brings me to Ypsilanti! Thank you so much for the wonderful place! We were in town for my Dad’s celebration of life. We were able to fit our entire family of 12 - 8 adults and 4 kids very comfortably. What was more amazing was that there were enough towels, dishes etc for everyone. You do not see that at all AirBnb places. We lacked for nothing! While it seemed pricey at first..the value compared to hotel rooms for 3 nights for 12 plus the added values of a kitchen and outdoor space made it perfect! Thanks to our wonderful hosts who responded immediately to emails or text! Just a wonderful experience!!!

I visited Nik's place with my friends and their families and we had a great time there. The property was very well maintained and there were lots of activities to do indoor and outdoor! The swimming pool was unfortunately not usable during my visit! Hopefully that gets fixed the next time!!

We loved this place. Perfect location for fishing the Detroit River. Kal is an amazing host. We had everything we needed. Definitely will stay here again.

Stayed with family members for a Uof Michigan graduation ceremony. Great quiet location just far enough away from crowds and easy to find restaurants and events. Roomy and perfect areas for privacy being together. Highly recommend and great host communication.

This place was perfect. It had TVs in all the rooms, a great kitchen, clean bathrooms and comfortable living room. Corrie responded almost immediately to anything I messaged her about. It’s within walking distance to so many things! My family would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as described. Very clean and cozy. Relaxing sitting in the 3 season porch. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again. Communication with owner was excellent and convenient.

Bridget was a great host, who offered us an earlier check in and later checkout due to the availability. Her place had pretty much everything we needed, including some DVD movies and puzzles, which my granddaughter LOVED. Great views of the water from both sides of the condo, too!

I really enjoyed this condo. Stayed during some crazy winter weather, definitely not tourist season and that was perfect. It was so quiet and peaceful. Loved watching the birds on the river. Some days there were up to 20 trumpeter swans and our last morning we watched an eagle grab a fish from the river. It was amazing. I was sad to leave. Would most definitely stay again.
