Location The villa is just a few steps from the characteristic square, the Vrijthof, with the two churches Saint Servatius and St. John, the theater and the museum at the Vrijthof and the many terraces. In walking distance you will find downtown with great restaurants, bars, terraces and nice shops. You won't notice the vibrancy of downtown in this villa. It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. Centrum Maastricht is op enkele km. In de lente 2026 komt er op 1 km in Eben-Emael een hangbrug over het Albertkanaal . E. fietsen te huur bij Fietsen Souvereyns in Riemst. Vele wandel en fietsroutes vanuit Kanne en omgeving. En we hebben een heerlijk zonneterras waar u helemaal tot rust komt.

Its situated in an old monumental building from the late 17th century. The studio is on the ground floor wich means you dont need to clime any stairs.
