Our family was in the area for a swim meet and we could not have asked for a better stay. The place was clean, we'll, stocked and very comfortable. The host was very responsive. We highly recommend it.

David is a great host - he is quick to respond and provides clear instructions! The home is conveniently located with several restaurants within just a mile or two. The Capitol building, Governor’s mansion, etc. are within walking distance just across the street. The home was very clean (and I have high standards). The kitchen had everything we needed, though we only ate breakfast at the house. The only downside was the street traffic noise heard in the front bedroom. The home is a quiet neighborhood on a 35mph. Overall, I would highly recommend this property. Thank you David for everything!

This place is amazing! The home is so beautiful and the decor and aesthetics made the space so welcoming. The amenities were amazing and they even included a few snacks and kpods! Very thoughtful. The beds are comfy and the roof was so cool. Loved this home. Def recommend. Better than the pictures.

Everything about this place is PERFECT. Upon opening the door, the smell of clean was amazing!!!!! Just from opening the door I just knew it was the right stay for two family's while at a Volleyball tournament at the Expo Center. The beds are comfy. The linens were clean and soft! The host were great! The host made you feel right at home, they had some fresh fruit, a box of Capri suns, few pops and waters and a bowl of snacks! The hot tub was clean and amazing! Fans in every room, the fridge has an ice machine and good tasting water. The host left laundry soap, dish washer soap and extra towels if needed, even for the hot tub! The yard was taken care of and nicely mowed. This place was decorated so cute!!!! Someone really took some time! The drive to the Expo center was about 20 mins wasn't bad at all! I really cant tell you enough how much we enjoyed our stay in this home. We will be back next year!!!!!!!

Myself and three friends stayed at the Stagg House during our visit to the bourbon trail. Private and peaceful location along the Kentucky river. Perfect place to stay during our visit to the area.

Ty's place was a perfect homebase for our group! We had plenty of space for everyone, everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Ty was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. There were plenty of restaurants, stores, and coffee shops that were all only a few minutes away and yet we felt like we were in a private, peaceful area. We enjoyed the covered back patio for sitting with our coffee each day and LOVED having 3 bathrooms! We will definitely look for Ty's place if we are ever in the area again.

Great place for large groups. The 2 house setup allowed for loud kids in 1 space, and sleeping babies in a separate space, which was perfect for our group. Linens are soft, and beds are comfortable. The game rooms and accessories are a great bonus to have.

Highly recommend! Very cute , clean home . We loved the sauna and the hot tub , back yard is a great place to chill . Beds were comfortable, nicely decorated and kitchen was very well equipped- even provided ingredient’s for s’mores :) Nothing bad to say here - Great host , great house couldn’t ask for more .

I had no idea how much of a gem this place was. Great location in general and tons of places to walk to for food, drinks, or coffee. Place was cute and very clean. Instructions and details to get in were spot on and clear. We missed out on some activities we wanted to do because of the weather but if we come back to Louisville we would definitely stay here again!!

We booked the loft but, Therisa, on her own, upgraded us to the apartment. We booked for two nights, but our scheduled departure was uncertain (long story). Therisa went above and beyond and extended our booking until our schedule resolved. Therisa is delightful; she is both responsive and gracious. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The property was perfect for us; very quiet and peaceful. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay here for the Kentucky Derby! The Highlands is a great area with so much to do, and Bethany's house is just a short walk from Bardstown Road. It was quiet despite being close to a busy area. The bed and couch are comfy, and the entire living area is so cozy. We would definitely stay here again!

Sarah’s place is very nice, but the neighborhood was a little loud.

Jaclyn’s place is STUNNINGLY beautiful — definitely the prettiest Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The art and furniture are so thoughtfully curated that it felt like we were staying in a Pinterest board. And yet, everything was also really comfortable. The bed is SO COMFY and the blackout curtains make sleeping in very easy. Tons to do in the neighborhood as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely apartment, clean and comfortable. The bed and the linens were so over the top luxurious, we slept so well. Great location.

Stayed here with my son for a baseball tournament. Very clean place, easy to check in and out, great coffee place and restaurants nearby, and the pool/ping pong table was a lot of fun for us in our down time. Awesome stay, condo is super chill and has everything you need, we felt right at home! Probably the best guidebook I've ever seen in terms of instructions and recommendations, very helpful! Neighborhood is great, walking distance to a ton of restaurants/bars/breweries, and a quick Uber to downtown or Churchill Downs. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in town, thanks for everything Matt!

Beautiful space and welcoming host. It’s unique reuse of property, old charm with contemporary comfort and amenities. NuLu is a perfect neighborhood to experience Louisville and easy to connect to rest of the area. Have stayed here before and look forward to a future return.

We only needed to book for one night and we booked our stay last minute. Deirdre responded immediately and we were able to check in early. The condo was great and just as the pictures show. My granddaughters are 2 and 4 and they loved the snacks that were in a basket as soon as you walked in. The living room and kitchen were great. The half bath downstairs was very convenient with kids. The bedrooms are very large and the beds were very comfortable! The bathrooms were very clean. The whole place was amazing and we would definitely stay again. Thanks so much! 😊

Stayed there to visit some bourbon distilleries and also the KY Derby. Wanted a cute place for four adults. The place was clean and looked just like the pics. Check in was clear and easy. We had a small snafu with the washer but it was not a big deal and Jon was super responsive and offered us a solution immediately, which was kind, but we did not need. If we ever come back to the area, would def stay again.

We had a wonderful visit! I cannot recommend this space enough. Beautifully appointed, clean, great location, very comfortable…all the GOOD things about staying away from home are found at Todd’s place!

Stayed in this terrific 2 bedroom 2 bath condo for two nights while my wife and I visited nearby relatives. Excellent location; easy check-in and great communication. Strongly recommend! We will definitely be a repeat customers!
