After a full day of adventures come back to the cabin and enjoy roasting marshmallows and making smores by the fire. In the morning enjoy our fully stocked coffee bar, with lots of options for everyone.

Located in the foothills of the Olympics, Shippen's Cabin offers the comforts of home in a wilderness retreat. The cabin is an ideal location to base your hiking adventure, or simply come to enjoy some time away from the city while exploring the area's many attractions. Relax after a long day on the trail with a hot sauna or a meal on the deck and enjoy the wilderness setting, often visited by local wildlife. High speed WiFi is available for those that need to stay connected during their stay.

Enjoy entertainment on two TVs (1 Blu-ray, 1 Wi-Fi), 50 dvds available, but note there's no dishwasher, and Wi-Fi and cell service may be INTERMITTENT.

This rustic cedar log cabin is only 3 miles from Ruby Beach sunsets. Enjoy a cookstove (propane provided), bunk bed, and camp toilet. There is room for a tent next to cabin. Leave No Trace. Pack out garbage+toilet bag. Seasonal creek (small trickle in summer).
