This was the perfect place to gather with our friends. The farmhouse is very cozy and has lots of space! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!

I booked my stay with Carrie for a peaceful weekend to relax and unwind from my day to day hustle over my birthday weekend. I was greeted with a smile and treated like I was family. Not only was the listing everything it said it was and more I didn’t expect the amazing hospitality and kindness from such a great host. It was wonderful being able to stargaze into the peaceful night sky in a hot tub or sit beside a nice cozy fire afterwards. The beds were so comfy and so much room to spread out and sleep and relax and watch movies. Even the shower has a Bluetooth speaker so I could sing in the shower. Hands down one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed and trust me I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Thanks again Carrie for making my 41st Birthday a great memory! I hope to be back again soon!

This cabin is absolutely stellar! This was our second stay, and it was just as incredible as we remembered. The space is spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located with privacy and a gorgeous views. It had everything we needed to relax, unwind, and enjoy some quiet time away from the world. Every detail feels thoughtfully put together to made us feel comfortable and at home. Peter, is incredibly responsive and made everything so easy for us. We love coming here and feel refreshed and recharged. Truly an amazing place. We can’t recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to come back again!

Great stay for my family of five! My husband, our two littles, and our pup wanted a last minute weekend getaway and Richard made everything so easy! From flexible check in, to prompt communication, he was great to work with. The place was quiet, felt so homey, and had EVERYTHING you could want. Richard even set up a pack and play for our daughter so we didn’t have to bring one. Close to a lot of trails but nothing directly walkable from the house, and most attractions and stores were closed off season, but would be great to come back to in the spring or summer.

Loved our stay here! I visited with 3 other girlfriends for the night. The cabin was super cozy and had really adorable decor. The cabin was super easy to find. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had full sets of plates, cups, bowls, silverware etc. We loved visiting and would definitely stay again. Only critique I could make is that the baseboard heating in the main part of the cabin didn't really get all that warm. I would probably plan to have more firewood next time for an overnight fire. Overall, amazing stay. Thank you!

Wanting to see Punxsutawney Feb 2 for Groundhog Day, there is very little in that town. This location is right off interstate 80. It’s a unique and interesting complex, we did not avail ourselves though of the local option in DuBois, but I bet others in warmer weather would love the way old train cars have been put to use. Erica was nothing short of a spectacular host, accommodating our every query or request, is generous with snacks and water and she has apparently taken a professional course on how to please guests- there was not a single thing we wanted or hoped for that was not provided and more! It’s so much more fun than a motel room, very memorable, and I highly rate it. You will not be disappointed!

We had such a great stay at Julia’s place. The location is super relaxing and peaceful, the stream outside was such a hit with the kids. We really didn’t want to leave the property and loved sitting around the fire pit at night. The little details in the house like all the beautiful plants make it feel very special and homey. Will definitely be back!
